Great caravan site and staff.

One of the best caravans stayed in bay view no. 29 was only 3 days old so not sure how it will fair later in year but had everything needed white bed linen white towels every gadget in the kitchen bottle openers washing machine, dish washer even tablets for that and washing up liquid, bottle of bubbly, beer good selection of tea and coffee milk just fab 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite with shower wc basin which was great having 2 teenagers with us

Beautiful caravan, well stocked kitchen and complimentary wine and beers, tea, coffee, biscuits, t-towels etc all included all a lovely touch. Super clean and well kept, bedding and towels all included and made up for us on arrival. I really couldn't ask for more, it was perfect.

A good site with local areas of beauty

Brilliant holiday once again we come to this site 3-4 times a year the caravan was beautiful clean , and there’s lovely staff at reception the club got lovely food and good entertainment, there’s an arcade and a swimming pool on site

Fabulous Lodge, really well equipped.

This lodge is absolute beautiful and immaculately clean.Everything was high quality from the utensils to soft furnishings.It is spacious and there’s a home for everything!The welcome gift was such a lovely surprise and we loved the high quality tea and coffee including a latte coffee machine.The children loved their rooms and the vast space to play and chill.It is fantastic and we all loved it.A fabulous location.We want to return and stay here again.

Great caravan. Very spacious for 4 adults and 3 children with plenty of storage. Clean, well equipped. Position on the site was nice with a sea view to the side windows. Only improvement would have been a small decking area to sit out on, perhaps to the front of the caravan where the patio doors are. Would recommend and return.

Only thing I'd change in Select 3 is the uneven size of the two twin bedrooms as one is very small

Despite the poor weather ocean heights is a lovely quiet and clean park with some lovely places to visit

Everything was perfect with the park and lodge although the park was situated quite a way from town and parking in the town was very limited almost impossible on sunny days and not very accessible for people not good at walking

Overall a great caravan site however the walk into new quey was a little iffy no pathway for most of the walk and not for everyone as it is a steep hill near the village

We didn't use the restaurant on site as we took our dog

Me and my family had a lovely weekend at Ocean Heights. Our caravan was spotless and really nice. The site, views and surrounding areas are beautiful. We will definitely be booking again.

It was a good holiday no complaints at all.

Excellent from start to finish great value

Lovely place to stay. Majority of vans are owned but we felt very welcome!
Grounds are immaculate!!
Shop is e extremely basic! So I would recommend a Tesco online shop at the start of holiday.
Would be good for pool and tennis court to be open longer.
Definitely visit again though.

Caravan was great, park disappointing with nothing for older children or teen-agers to do. We wouldn't go back

Caravan immaculate. Wasn't expecting toiletries which was a nice touch

Great place very handy for new quay. Very clean. Caravan platinum 3 was well.kitted out. Free WiFi in caravan and bar. Bar staff very friendly especially the barman made the place fun and he participated with the customers in dancing etc. Live music on the Saturday night very good. Food was nice and good prices

Great location park is kept in pristine condition. Caravan like new, towels provided white crisp bedding also. Would definitely recommend and return.

A Lovely place to be. The site has no shop, so visitors need to factor this in There are local shops easily reached in the car,nearest main supermarket 17 miles Cardigan Prices local are more than main supermarkets The site is very well kept. We could not find any fault .The site staff are obviously professionals

Caravan was really clean staff are very helpful. Will definitely comeback very nice and quite place to stay .

Was a very nice site. Staff were friendly. Only down side for our stay was the indoor pool was closed and the outdoor pool was too cold for my boy.

We were very happy with the lodge & location the only observation was the shower needed some grab rails as standard

We had a lovely peaceful time and would not hesitate to co come back.
