Fantastic lodge that had everything we could have needed for our trip! This is the first hot tub lodge we’ve stayed in where we’ve been able to be properly self catered and where we’ve had enough storage space. Great decor to match the theme of the lodge and a beautiful bathroom and bedroom that felt stylish and cosy. The hot tub and garden was great for us and our dogs (though not enclosed) and the little extras of lemon drizzle cake from a local supplier and Prosecco made it feel extra special! We loved our stay and would love to come back in the future.

We stayed in The Kasbah for four nights. The lodge was comfortable and cosy. The hot tub was great, and was looked after each day. It's a great base to explore the area. Excellent communication with Simon the owner and with the staff on sight. We would definitely return.

Everything you could wish for.

Absolutely fantastic little weekend away with my girlfriend. We arrived a little later than anticipated due to other commitments, but once we arrived we were met with a warm welcome from Simon who was more than happy to show us round and settle us in :) The lodge was absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous decorative Moroccan style. so clean and tidy. And the hot tub was just the highlight of the weekend! We were lucky to have perfect clear sky weather, perfect for star gazing on a night surrounded by bubbles and a bottle of prosecco!Definitely will be booking again in future. Bonus that we could bring our dog Luna ????

Fantastic place to stay.A bottle of wine and lemon cake on arrival with tea coffee and milk in the fridge.super clean modern and very stylish with a theme. There is everything you need to have a relaxing stay.simon and his team are brilliant.very friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble if you where to need them .I would highly recommend to everyone to stay here . I will definitely be coming back ????????????

If I could sum up the Kasabah in one word, I would say, tranquil. Simon (the owner) has really given thought and attention to detail in designing this serene place and the privacy was second to none! Beautiful!

Amazing beautiful lodge

We have just had a fab week staying in Lotus at North Star Sanctum. The lodge had everything we needed and we were welcomed with tea, coffee, milk, cake and a bottle of prosecco! The facilities are lovely, hot shower, comfy bed, sofa, fridge and freezer, microwave and all else you could possibly need. The hot tub is just lovely and sat in it as the sun goes down with a gin and tonic is the perfect end to the day. I have one very very small suggestion and that is to have an additional step for getting in and out of the lodge as the step up is quite high, however that is more of a personal thing as I am short with dodgy knees. We thoroughly recommend this place, there is loads to see and do within easy driving distance and the site itself is beautiful.

Fantastic place to stay. We came Monday to Friday last year and loved it so much we came back for a week this year.

From being greeted on arrival by Simon to finding a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and some local made delicious lemon cake we didn’t think it could get better. We then realised the place we had booked was nothing other than perfect, from the hot tub to the quality of the furniture.. we will be back

Beautiful tranquil retreat.
We took our 2 small children and dog here just after lockdown. We all had a great weekend.

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet location. Lovely to sit in the hot tub watching the rabbits, pheasants and owl, great for star gazing. Owner on hand if you need anything, really nice quirky, spotless cabin, highly recommended for a quiet relaxing couples break

Lovely lodge, Bosch appliances, comfy beds, televisions in both bedrooms.
Would have been nice to have curtains or blinds to the lounge windows. Simon the owner was very helpful and friendly.

This place is a bit of paradise. If you need a place to recharge within beautiful surroundings this place is a little gem.

We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely venue, the owner and his great staff and can't wait to go back again.

The lodge was great, well equipped inside and very nice finishing touches. The rooms where all clean and the hot tub well maintained. You could tell that the host took pride in there accommodation and personal touches had been included from travelling experiences which reflected the warming and welcoming experience we felt. Couldn’t really ask for much more than that. The only thing we found inconvenient on a personal level was the size of the bins (liners provided) We felt as a lodge available for family’s and pets it would be a little more practical with bigger bins, particularly the non recycling-bin as it would of meant less trips to the communal bins, it felt constant trips with nappy sacks etc etc, this was only a minor thing we felt but as a whole we really enjoyed our time there.

Had such a lovely stay at The Raj. The lodge had everything we needed and we had the perfect getaway.

Pleasant stay. Well decorated, superb cleaning, lovely hot tub. Staff friendly. Very quiet & restful. Very nice additions of Robes, towels, essentials & couple of treats. Well equipped kitchen. However accommodation quite small, hot and sofa very uncomfortable.

Great little break away for us and our pups. Clean and modern accommodation with great facilities. Beaches within 20 mins drive away. We had the most relaxing break here. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars

Quality lodges in a peaceful setting

Beautiful lodge in very peaceful surroundings. Lodges are well spaced to make you feel like your sitting in your own private area and we barely noticed the other lodge guests. The owner was lovely and helpful and there if you needed but didn't intrude. Hot tube was a plus and the use of the bbq. We took our dog who loved watching the wildlife from the large window and wandering up to the horse at the top of the field. A 10 minute drive to a dog friendly beach with loads of space and free parking. This is the first time we have used a lodge as we normally use cottages for ease with the dog but I would definitely stay again in the future!
