Caravan slightly tricky to get too if you were a wheelchair user. Would have to take wheelchair over grassy area / quite muddy when wet to get to disabled ramp. Caravan quite worn / tired in places. Standard TV. Beds very comfortable. Disabled shower very large and shower easy to use. Higher toilet seat with lever to hold onto if you needed it. Sink in shower unit too small. Standard size for caravans but very small considering everything else was bigger and wider to accommodate someone with extra needs.

There were a couple of dead bugs underneath the the sheets which were only visible because i pulled the quilts of all 4 beds and there were bugs there i didnt sleep on the Beds at all

The lodge we booked was amazing, spotlessly clean and comfortable, we had two bedrooms both with en-suite’s and dressing rooms

Great holiday, despite a few flaws. As mentioned no wi-if… not good enough.Pool closing at 4pm? No evening entertainment. We know we are dealing with the fall out from Covid, but the prices for the holiday needs to reflect the services and entertainment offered. Stop putting prices up for holidays if you can’t offer the service and standards around it.Also please mark bin clearly for recycling. We were unsure so bins were mixed up. Come on guys it’s 2024! We need to reduce our carbon footprint. Thank you

Lovely lodge

Excellent lodge, warm and cosy with everything you could need. Very spacious feel to it. Outside space great for the dog with secure decking and seats. Highly recommend.

A lovely lodge with beautiful views. Perfect for a long weekend away, and to chill in the evenings after a busy day. Can't comment on the site facilities as we never used them. We enjoyed exploring in the day and chilling in the evening. The only down side, was our lodge had no gate for our dog to be out on the Balcony.

Great location to stay and venture out, Newquay 10 mins drive away and Perran beach a little closer. Not a location to stay if you're looking at walking everywhere though.

Excellent brand new lodge, one of the best we have ever stayed in.Pet pack was a lovely touch.No outside furniture as advertised! Not a problem a s weather not really suitable for sitting out.
