Perfect lodge, very comfortable and spacious. Well equipped and extremely clean.Good TVs in both bedrooms and lounge.Beds were very comfortable including pillows.

Only reason I’ve not given 5 star for lodge facilities is that it appears the park is geared towards a retreat than a young family holiday (ie. no play area or activities) however staff made the children feel more than welcome and we still had a great time.

Lovely accommodation, hot tub very nice especially having TV outside, the secluded position is great and lodges well spaced apart, Lodge had everything we needed.

The lodge’s are luxurious and have everything you need to switch off and relax. The hot tub is under cover and you can watch the outdoor Tv! We had the twin bed put together so both rooms were fit for 2 couples. The interior was a cool grey.

Modern well equipped lodge with a wood burner. Logs are available from the shop. Lodge came with a hot tub which was great, although it didn’t have grab handles to get in or out. With being in the country staying at the lodge is very very peaceful!

Amazing holiday lodge. Third stay here first time in Lawson.This was first lodge on site so is a bit less modern than the others but is still fantasticand has everything u could possibly need including a pair of binoculars to observethe wildlife. also has 2 very friendly ducks so bring duck food

Loved this lodge so much! Perfect home from home with everything to hand you could possibly need.Really comfy beds, big airy rooms and spotless clean.Milk, bread, butter, jam etc in lodge on arrival.Lovely bed linen and lovely towels provided also. Not one negative thing to say at all!

we loved the wordsworth Lodge the best luxury Lodge we have stayed in so far it had everything you could need lovely spacious rooms comfy beds and nice furniture lovely bathrooms and nice hot tub well equipped kitchen and nice welcome pack waiting for usthe Lodge was spotlessly clean and set in lovely peaceful location with nice views very private setting would highly recommend a stay here

Our lodge was beautiful very clean everything was in place that you would need for cooking. They even left us bread and milk to get us started

Everything in this accommodation was perfect. Spacious and comfortable. I’ve come home and bought some of the pillows they use lol.

The Sheraton Lodge is beyond great! Every little detail (fixtures and fittings) have been thought out to an excellent standard!1 thing I would point out though is the sun shines right through the smoked door near the hot tub, right on your eyes when lay in bed so could do with a blind so the sun doesn't wake people up...other then that...amazing!!

Absolutely incredible place

We have stayed in many lodges over the years and this is in the top one or two absolutely amazing and the pictures do not do it justice. Immaculately clean, very comfortable beds, every thing you need in a kitchen and a fan included. We always over pack but you don’t need to take kitchen cleaner, cloths, bin bags, dishwasher tablets enough for one a day. Milk, bread, butter and jam more than enough of these. Hot tub looked after on a daily basis. Surroundings are beautiful, well laid out with mounds between each lodge, so you are not overlooked and peaceful. Only niggles and not one that the lodges could change, the road or rail noise can be loud early in the morning, two of us were woken early on the first morning, but a set of ear plugs stopped one of us waking the following morning and the other slept through with no issues. I will say that other in our party didn’t wake and everyone said they felt they had slept better at the lodge than they had for a long time. You cannot hear the road at any other times. Shower pressure isn’t the best but does its job. Overall, brilliant stay and will be back again that’s for sure, may be even later this year. PS please use the chopping boards in the kitchen, there are lots of them and sadly not everyone has which is a real shame for the owners.

Had a fabulous break away staying in the Darwin lodge. The only negative was having to leave! It was a real treat and we will be back.

If Carlsberg did lodges, this would be it! Absolutely stunning lodge internally and externally. Everything is thought of for the stay, even down to all the utensils that you didn’t know you may need. One of the comfiest beds I have stayed in. Even the lights in the roof for the outside deck is that certain touch of luxury that has been thought of. Every little aspect of the stay has been thought exceptionally. The food at the restaurant was amazing as well as the butchers. Loved it so much I have booked again (as a surprise) for my husbands birthday in December for 3 nights again?
