We really liked the location quiet. Some nice walks with the dogs. Plenty of shops takeaways near to the park, a short drive to Blackpool, St Anne’s
Unfortunately we did not have the best of weather, would definitely return.

The caravan was clean and tidy. It was very comfortable and fully equipped. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony.

Recommend this park it’s great that it’s dog friendly as well our dog loved it good to have the wrap around decking too

Lovely caravan, very clean and tidy. Lovely little touches like biscuits and tea and coffee made for a great stay. Beds were very comfortable.

Lovely clean caravan in an ideal location for visiting Blackpool

We had a lovely few days at Mowbreck caravan park, everything in the caravan to the bedding was absolutely clean, no down falls at all. Grounds was clean & tidy, beautiful flowers displayed around the site. We had our little dog Tilly with us & the veranda was a bonus as she sat at on it. Fantastic place for couples & older people i would recommend, so peaceful & friendly. Will go back again.

The caravan has everything you need, dog could play on the terrace and be safe.

Caravan was very clean upon arrival. location was also nearby to many tourist places to visit. caravan had plenty space inside and beds and sofa were in good condition.would recommend to people.

Enjoyed our stay nice and quiet, parking could be clearer as no direct parking next to caravan. Location was great easy drive to blackpool in to Preston next to motorway network.

Excellent park , caravan owners have the area well laid out well maintained gardens lovely bright flowers on display spotless all over our accommodation for the week was spotless almost brand new can’t fault anything only 10 mins to Blackpool the site offered a nice relaxing evening after the hustle and bustle of two kids in Blackpool all day definitely be back and would recommend

Great base to visit Blackpool just a 20 minute drive into Blackpool which suited us as Mowbreck Park was nice and quiet and the caravan was great, would recommend ?

The caravan was lovely. The ladies who were cleaning when we arrived were lovely. The site also was great. Quite at night, which is good when you have young children. I would and recommend this site. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We all enjoyed our stay , but we had to ask for a ramp or peice of wood for my husband to get in, as the threshold was to big for him to get over in his wheelchair, they sent someone round very quickly to rectify the obstacle.but overall it was a very pleasant stay ,all the staff and other guests were very friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful few days. I came with a person I support, and it was not only an ideal location and holiday park, but also the welcome was spot on. Thank you for having us, he absolutely loves it.

Peace & some Sunshine too Just returned from a very happy, peaceful and fun two weeks away. The site and residents were friendly and more than helpful. Our caravan had everything we wanted, and we really could not fault the site and service. More importantly our chief holiday maker Sandy never ever stopped wagging her tail! Lots of easy places to visit and see .......... we had a few days out but equally enjoyed staying at "home" too.

A lovely peaceful surrounding and a nice new caravan. Perfect location to drive into Blackpool and Latham st Anne’s without being in the hustle and bustle.
