We found the van to be comfortable and warm, white all the facilities we needed. There were a couple of issues which we left a note for the staff: toilet seat insecure, the front right gas burner on the hob was “spluttering” and would stay lit, the other three burners were ok, it would be helpful to have at least one hook on the bathroom door to put a dressing gown when having a shower.

We loved our stay, we were located on Deer View and it was so nice and quiet. Going to feed the deer was lovely. Only a few tiny issues, there's no hooks in the caravan so no where to hang coats or hang towels up and there was also no iron or iron board which normally comes as standard in caravans. Would definitely return and would know to bring our own. Also needed to re wash the plates and pans as they were a little dirty but wasn't a big problem

Caravan was beautiful and clean and very comfortable (as caravans go) The outdoor seats aren’t made for the larger person (plastic)

Furniture fittings could’ve done with updating and a little bit of TLC but overall it was a great holiday. My two boys and dog thoroughly enjoyed themselves and would definitely love to come back!

The caravan was very clean and well-maintained; it looked very new and modern. The main bedroom was spacious enough to fit a travel cot in and both had plenty of clothing storage. The beds were comfy as well. The only downsides were a lack of things I consider to be fairly standard in statics (cleaning cloths, tea towels, washing up liquid) and, bizarrely, no side lamps in the caravan which meant we were sitting with the big lights on constantly.
