Lovely lodge with wonderfully peaceful surroundings. Great hot tub.

Fantastic location for the Suffolk area, lots to do and places to visit. Having the family dog so accepted everywhere, even up onto Framlingham castle walls, during our visit was brilliant.

Great lodge for relaxing and getting away.

Accommodation was so clean and tidy with everything we needed and complimentary milk, bread, butter and jam .

A good time by us both but just a shame about the rain but we didnt feel it really stopped us from doing anything.

Other than location in the middle of nowhere this was perfect. Will defintely be reattending next year

Myself and my husband went to stay here for our honeymoon. The surroundings were beautiful, so peaceful and beautiful scenery. With there only being 2 lodges on site, we felt secluded and enjoyed spending quality time with each other. We loved evenings in the hot tub. And watching the hares and rabbits running around whilst sitting outside. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The lodge was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. We plan on returning again for future holidays, and have even spoken about moving towards Laxfield way as that part of the country is so beautiful! Would recommend to anyone who wants to get away from their busy lives to sit back and relax. Thanks for an amazing holiday look forward to coming back soon.

We had a lovely long weekend stay here. The area is great for walks and was really relaxing. The cabin itself is very clean and comfortable. I’d say the only thing that could do with updating would be a new TV as the main was very awkward and slow to work.

We got a 3 night weekend break on offer and it was a steal! Surroundings are majestic, hot tub was great! The lodge itself was clean and tidy. We also took our dog who loved the walks in the open country. Would definitely recommend and we would certainly go back again.

Views was amazing lots of walks and local pubs only 10 minutes walk food very good. Log cabin/hot tub excellent had everything we needed wonderful country retreat.

Great lodge to a high standard, better than we expected.

One of the best lodges we've stayed at, definitely the most luxurious in that price range. We loved the hot tub! We only stayed mid-week but we didn't want to leave. Thank you to Gary, the site owner, for being so welcoming. We'll definitely be going back!

Wonderful 2weeks at Laxfield Lodges

Bed in main bedroom could do with an upgrade as very very low, comfy tho!

Really was a great place would love to come back next year and for longer hopefully book again soon . Wonderful peace and quiet that's what we like.

Gary was very friendly and helpful, always there if we needed anything. Lovely touch with the homemade bread, and some essentials left in the fridge like jam, butter, and milk. Nice coffee machine with coffee pods and tea left for us. Lovely hot tub and lodge was really nicely furnished. Would definitely like to come back.

If you are seeking a break from routine and time to unwind in beautiful scenery then Laxfield Lodges offers a great escape for sure

Fantastic location for peace and tranquillity, only 2 lodges in the property, great couple of local pubs 5 mins away. Would recommend.

Beautifully situated in a large field with only one other lodge nearby. Quiet and tranquil surroundings. Local shop and pub amenities only one mile away. We had a fantastic calm weekend. Will definitely return.

Very quiet and relaxing site. Owners live on site and we’re very helpful if asked for anything. On arrival we had homemade bread and other goodies left for us.

A really lovely, well equipped lodge in beautiful surroundings. Loved the home-made bread and all the welcoming treats including the Cider! Very friendly and helpful owners who made our stay very comfortable. The lodge was a nice size and we all loved the hot tub. Great location as a base for visits to Southwold, Aldeburgh, Woodbridge etc. We also had a lovely meal at the Low House (Kings Head) in Laxfield. We would have loved one more night as two nights were just not enough but would love to go back.

The site is very secluded and quite , clean tidy and peaceful . If you want a country retreat this is just the place to go

Wow what a lovely lodge this is VERY clean and the owners were very cheerful and kind the hot tub was loved by all 3 of us and checked daily inside the Sunset VIP looked amazing and just what we needed not one complaint or anything wrong.

Lovely place, very clean, the little touches like the milk, homemade bread and cider were fantastic and greatly appreciated! Only feedback I would give is that the veranda around the lodge is not enclosed so can be a bit of a pain if you have young children or a dog.

Lovely lodge, owner friendly and helpful, hot tub lovely as the surroundings, our only disappointment was the decking isn’t gated which meant we couldn’t have our dog ? off the lead whilst in hot tub as he would run off into the horse field but overall lovely lodge and one you could easily live in as had all you needed in it

Beautiful lodge in a beautiful location! Our break at Laxfield Lodges couldn't of been more perfect. The Lodge was impeccably clean and had absolutely everything you could ever need and more. The staff were super helpful and accomodating. We highly recommend and will definitely be back! Many thanks for an amazing break!
