Caravan was accurately described and perfectly presented. Very clean. The caravan we stayed in was in Valley View so was in a great position with a stunning outlook. Well positioned for coastal walks.

Absolutely fantastic location. Staff really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location is fantastic - can park the car and use the hiking walks to other locations such as Looe, Polperro and Talland Bay. Boat ride can take you to Fowie for a lovely full day out. Came with family (Jaymie - same review). Caravan a little cramped as a 3 bedroomed so will book own caravan next time. Will definitely be returning!! Thank you.

Clean and tidy!

Decent caravan for a weeks stay. Good access for parking, short walk to facilities & surrounding areas. Nice & clean when we arrived so all good.

Everything you could need from a home from home was at hand! Caravan was available earlier than advertised, housekeeping in buggy passed by to ensure everything was ok. Wonderful little welcome pack with tea coffee biscuits but also a little pack with a mini washing up liquid, tea towel, dishwasher tabs etc just to tide you over til you go shopping! Perfect!

Bedrooms very small with limited storage space. Living area clean and comfortable.

Fantastic, clean and full of all you need for a self catering holiday. We were a bit dubious with it being the basic level accomidation however we were pleasantly surprised and would book again.

Great holiday!

We all had such a lovely 4 nights away for the Easter holidays. Killigarth Manor had everything that my family had wanted in a short holiday away in Cornwall.

Nice caravan but a bit cramped in the main bedroom

Overall. Good. Shame the swimming pool was closed. And could have done with a proper dog area were you could let dogs off lead as there is plenty off fields around the park

Home from home with all the mod cons. Made the holiday so much easier. Bedding already on bed and we loved the welcome pack. The location was wonderful and it was lovely to just sit with a cuppa and look at the view. It was also a good base to travel to Charlestown, Polperro and Looe. Would definitely go again.

Caravan was comfortable and value for money. Only negative thing I can think of is you need to pay for towels but we brought our own luckily

They say "dogs welcome", and they mean it!

We stayed in a lovely lodge. Very clean and had everything we needed. Park is very well kept. We used the swimming pool a few times. You had to book in advance because only so many can go in . Which was good for us because we had a 8 month baby with us. Only thing I think could be improved is the park . You got to go down a lot of steps to get there . And really out of the way. Think it could be put in a better place . And with no steps. But we had a lovely week there.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff. Accommodations are superb and site is dog friendly. Coastal walks on the doorstep with childrens park, crazy golf and indoor pool. Highly recommended.

Lovely holiday park great location caravan comfortable and clean just let down by awful restaurant miserable staff which is not what you want after a long journey and first evening on park and poor hygiene saw waitress clear food from floor then bring our food to table without washing hands!! Food very poor quality and had a takeaway one day which went in the bin!!

We stayed in a caravan that was modern and clean. There is a club and indoor pool, decoration was a bit tired, but it was clean. I think this site is best suited to older couples and people with very small children who want a quiet holiday.
