Had a realy good break enjoyed our stay

Our second time staying here. Although "Rutland" lodge is one of the older lodges on site, it was still very welcoming and clean.

We stayed at the Northumberland Lodge at the Kiplin Lodge park.We were really impressed with how spacious the lodge was. The living area setup was perfect. All the basics were there, like handwash, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate etc. All the basics I'd forgotten were catered for. There were even loads of dog biscuits and poo bags for our puppy.The best bit was the beautiful surroundings and sitting in the hot tub looking up at the stars. The layout was thought out perfectly as the door from the lodge onto the decking was right next to the hot tub, so not much time to get cold.

Lodge was nice and clean there was pretty much everything we needed to hand. Plenty of space for us to chill and enjoy the hot tub.

Lovely lodge with great facilities, all you need for a break. Lodge was spacious, well equipped. Good location to explore the local area.

Lovely clean lodge. Bedding and towels were lovely and everything you needed apart from fish slice to cook eggs for breakfast.

Fabulous place to get together with family.

Lovley few days spent at Kiplin Lodges. The Lancashire was nice but a bit dated furniture wise! However it was a dog friendly lodge. Hot Tub Lovely too. Nice and peaceful . The rest of my family had the Cumbria lodge wich was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again

the lodge was beautiful and clean. Very spacious with a a beautiful decking area and hottub all enclosed which was great for our toddler and dog.

Booked the lodge for over the New Year weekend 2023. The lodge is in a nice location, with local pubs (which do food) and a shop about 5 minutes drive away. The lodge is lovely with a spacious living/dining area with well equipped kitchen (The only thing I would say is the addition of an air fryer would be a good idea, we took our own which was so much easier) The bedrooms were nice. The master bedroom with en suite was lovely with a large double bed and lots and lots of wardrobe space! The two other bedrooms both had single beds but again with plenty of wardrobe space. A good sized family bathroom with a bath was lovely. The lodge was very warm! Lots of radiators which can be altered to a comfortable temperature. The hot tub was great. But the lodge sleeps 6 people, yet the hot tub is only for 4 people? That was the only downside to what was a lovely weekend away with my family to celebrate the New Year and I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful lodge, very well equipped and warm. It could just do with an outside light at the back where you park the car, it was very dark when we arrived. Also some hooks at the side of the or tub to hang towels/bath robes.

Lovely spacious lodge with a really nice hot tub. Good for families, small.play area where lodges overlook. Out the way too so feels quiet but near to amenities. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a brilliant time. The lodge was so much better than we were expecting, photos did not do it justice. There was so many nice touches, the dog treats and poo bags, the biscuits and milk in fridge? We will definitely be back and definitely recommend to friends Thank you

Amazing. Lodge was the best weve ever stayed in. Clean tidy and spacious. The beds was comfy. Lodge was well equipped.

Well worth a visit good for dogs if u plan to visit any were you will have to drive

All of my family had a fantastic time, brilliant value for money. We'd definitely go back again.

The lodge was perfect for us, we were all very happy with the facilities offered to us and we loved the cleanliness of the hot tub and rooms.. the lodge was very comfortable and would definitely recommend again
