A beautiful lodge which was very well equipped with everything we needed. One of the best we have stayed in.The online description and photos really dont do it justice. We will definitely be going again

Booked the lodge for over the New Year weekend 2023. The lodge is in a nice location, with local pubs (which do food) and a shop about 5 minutes drive away. The lodge is lovely with a spacious living/dining area with well equipped kitchen (The only thing I would say is the addition of an air fryer would be a good idea, we took our own which was so much easier) The bedrooms were nice. The master bedroom with en suite was lovely with a large double bed and lots and lots of wardrobe space! The two other bedrooms both had single beds but again with plenty of wardrobe space. A good sized family bathroom with a bath was lovely. The lodge was very warm! Lots of radiators which can be altered to a comfortable temperature. The hot tub was great. But the lodge sleeps 6 people, yet the hot tub is only for 4 people? That was the only downside to what was a lovely weekend away with my family to celebrate the New Year and I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful lodge, very well equipped and warm. It could just do with an outside light at the back where you park the car, it was very dark when we arrived. Also some hooks at the side of the or tub to hang towels/bath robes.

Lovely spacious lodge with a really nice hot tub. Good for families, small.play area where lodges overlook. Out the way too so feels quiet but near to amenities. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a brilliant time. The lodge was so much better than we were expecting, photos did not do it justice. There was so many nice touches, the dog treats and poo bags, the biscuits and milk in fridge? We will definitely be back and definitely recommend to friends Thank you

Amazing. Lodge was the best weve ever stayed in. Clean tidy and spacious. The beds was comfy. Lodge was well equipped.

Peaceful surroundings. We had a lovely few days rest. The lodge was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and plan another trip.

Well worth a visit good for dogs if u plan to visit any were you will have to drive

All of my family had a fantastic time, brilliant value for money. We'd definitely go back again.

The lodge was perfect for us, we were all very happy with the facilities offered to us and we loved the cleanliness of the hot tub and rooms.. the lodge was very comfortable and would definitely recommend again

Lodge was excellent with well maintained hottub. Wifi good and smart TV with all the relevant apps. Would recommend.

Overall a great break away, only problem we encountered was the shower backing up in the en-suite.

Lovely big lodge, nice but tired in places which is a shame. Would not return on that basis - Sorry. Looking for more modern.

It was an awesome place to relax and enjoy nature. Lodge was equipped with everything we need. Hot tub was ready for use on arrival. Location was away from road and play area was in center of all lodge and child safe.

Perfect for a friends or family retreat. Hot tub added bonus. Lovely secluded location ????

Brilliant & cosy cottage far enough out the way to be secluded but close enough to local amenities. Amazing hotub & bathroom with underfloor heating throughout tops it off. The owners, Rob & Sharon are wonderful! (And of course Bonnie) Will definitely be coming back again for longer ASAP!!

Really well equipped house, lovely and warm too which was so nice on a rainy December day! Bath was just lovely and a nice big shower! The property is under a flight path - this did not disturb us at all! Dont be put off! A great location for dogs who hate fireworks as it's in the middle of nowhere. It was everything we wanted for our weekend away and we loved staying here. We'll definitely be back! Our pups absolutely loved the underfloor heating and had so much fun in the garden. In fact Luna came home with a strained tail and according to the vet it was because she was wagging it so much over the weekend!! Very happy pups and hoomans!

Lovely cottage. Great location for us. Away from the hustle and bustle. Great hot tub . Lovely helpful non intrusive owners. They have it just right!

Absolutely loved how well maintained and equipped this cottage is. Plenty of dog walks right on the doorstep. Very friendly host, they were so efficient and communication was excellent.
