Lovely cottage, nice and clean. Was booked for the private hot tub which was used everyday. Also right next to the pool which was ideal. Steam from shower set off smoke alarm a couple of times was the only slight issue.

Just returned from a fantastic stay in Queens Park Cottage in Kilminorth. We were greeted on arrival by Becky who showed us to our cottage and gave a us quick tour of the area. The cottage was immaculately clean and well appointed. There are three bedrooms 2 doubles and a single. A bathroom with shower and a galley kitchen in the open plan living area. The cottage also has its own private hot tub that looks out over the shared garden. Each cottage has a tablet that gives you information and you can receive information from the team. Within the grounds of Kilminorth there is a heated outdoor pool that was beautifully kept. The landscaping all through the grounds was stunning, but the pool area was immaculate. There are tennis courts and you can borrow rackets etc. There is a little outdoor bar that opens on an ad hoc basis and also has a table tennis table for a bit of fun. The laundry room has washers and dryers and is also well stocked with books, games and dvds. We were 2 adults with our 2 teens. Looking for a bit of rest and relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Well located, less than 10 mins from Looe and Polperro. So plenty to see and do. Kilminorth is located along a narrow single track road so be prepared to reverse and pull into stopping points. But this isn’t an issue. It is a rural area so is very quiet. Make sure you follow the instructions to get to Kilminorth as sat nav may not direct you correctly. We also attend the pasty and pint event in their outdoor marquee which was amazing. Fantastic pasties from Sarah’s in Looe, lovely pint on draft and the awesome Polperro Wreckers singing sea shanties. Would definitely recommend attending one of these well organised events. We will definitely consider staying again.

Really lovely. The hot tub needed a roof or pergola , some sort of cover, so that if it’s raining you can still enjoy it. A frying pan would be good too. A soap holder for the soap in the shower. Grounds were lovely.!

Cottage was a bit small and a couple of things were a bit broken and requiring maintenance and the bathroom wasn’t very private as it doesn’t have a ceiling to separate it from the bedroom. Also there weren’t any pots or pans in the kitchen for cooking which was a little odd considering the kitchen was equipped with everything else we needed to cook and eat with. Bed and sofa was comfortable though and lighting and heating was good for a winter holiday.

Stayed over a NYE weekend and it was good value with good facilities, tho couldn’t find an ironing board or iron - not that it mattered to us and I’m sure if we asked we would have been provided with one. The location is a 10 min drive out of Looe itself but the friendly staff (Becky and Jayne) organised taxis for us even at short notice on NYE. We all had a lovely comfy weekend and made good use of the hot tub too. Definately recommend and in summer some nice walks too.

The cottage was absolutely fantastic, facilities were clean and brilliant. The staff and owner Jane were tremendous! Nothing was too much trouble and they looked after us all.
Highly recommend this to everyone and we’d love to go again soon. With more cottages around it’s perfect to be there with a wider group of friends.
Looe is a great town and has everything padstow has to offer without the price tag and chaos.
Loved our time here.

The cottage was well equipped, clean and cosy and set in a beautiful location. The grounds are stunning and the perfect place to take a short dog walk or enjoy a drink at the outside bar. The pool was a little bit chilly due to the weather but an added bonus. Looe was a longer walk through the ancient woodland and well worth the hills! There is lots to do in the local area including Polperro and a river trip to Fowey or Looe island. We had a fab holiday and would recommend to family and friends.

Where do I begin. The cottages are incredible and has a real feel of relaxation and home. The grounds itself are amazing, plenty of walking space with the dogs, kids or just by yourself. The staff are so friendly and absolutely loved our dog and even catered to his needs, it was lovely to receive a knock on the door with a member of staff stood holding a dog bundle containing a feeding bowl, towel, poo bags, dog soap, treats and a collar tag with the cottages information on it.
The grounds are only a short drive into Looe Town, and when I say short I mean a 7 minute drive. Martins bakery is an absolute must if you're visiting. As well as the whole area is general.
We will definitely be returning and are already discussing dates for next year.

Beautiful location and facilities on site. Caters for a wide range of ages. Loved the fat there were tennis courts to play - an added bonus.
Gary
Its my first time at the cottage but my friends who i went with have been five times before and i can see why the place is stunning the staff are all happy and professional. The cottages are spacious clean homely and well equipped. The hot tub is cleaned twice a day and is amazing the views and grounds are stunning and kept to an extremely high standard . I cannot comment on the pool because i never used it but again looked great. I cannot fault this cottage at all and would definitely return.
Jane
The cottages are set in a stunning rural setting, with the only noise being the birds and sheep! The cottage itself was spotless when we arrived and had all the necessities we needed for our stay. An added bonus was the private hot tub which was a great way to unwind after a full day of exploring the Cornish countryside. We didn't take advantage of the outdoor pool due to the hot tub but it did look very inviting! Would definitely stay here again.
Kerry
We enjoyed our stay we wish we booked for longer we will definitely be coming back

Facilities were excellent. Will look to book again next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful mid-week break at Kilminorth cottages. The pool is perfect and the onsite bar (open on selected nights) was very welcome. Good walking nearby and lots to see within an easy car journey.

Brilliant location and brilliant facilities. Almost undersold but the add on just how beautiful it is. Truly a special week, would 100% recommend to others.
Josie
We had the best time ever, and 100% will be returning! The staff were so helpful, and the amenities and surrounding area was spot on. There’s so many cottages to choose from! It was the perfect dog friendly holiday. ?
Renata
A beautiful cottage in a splendid setting. Gorgeous views from every room. Some areas of cleaning could be improved but generally very good. Didn’t see anyone at all - they tried to close the pool early for no apparent reason and the bar was sporadically open. Overall though I would go back there because the beauty of the surroundings is well worth the small Cornish lane down to it.
