Smaller lodge than I usually have but nice and cosy and clean. It had all that I needed in the way of cutlery, glasses, cups , plates etc. Great relaxing holiday

The cabin was dog friendly, we were provided with a ball, some poo bags and some treats for the dogs and also they had a mudpal washer thing for us to use (I forget what they're called but we didn't need to use them as the dogs didn't get muddy whilst we were there - handy to have though if they had!). As previously mentioned, the heating was awesome, I can't imagine getting cold in that cabin.The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to use utensils wise, fridge/freezer, cooker, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery etc.

Great location for a catch up with cycling and running friends. Hot tub at the end of the day is also a bonus.

It's lovely we return every year and ask for the same Lodge. It's a beautiful walk and bike ride around the lake

We had a wonderful break at Kielder, we will be back.

Warm, comfortable and cosy lodge. Spotlessly clean with many little extras. Love the BBQ.

Not very clean, found a pair of old socks in one of the drawers. Had a cigarette burn on the sofa which was covered by a cushion. For the price, a bit disappointing.

The beds and sofas seem a bit worn and not very comfortable, apart from that everything else was perfect. Very well equipped kitchen and hot tub lovely and immaculately maintained every day.

Lodge was great, couldn't fault it, very relaxing

Lovely lodge, we normally stay in one of the others which has had re-furbished bathrooms. This lodge is looking a little dated, however, and both bathrooms could also do with a refresh. It didn't spoil our weekend though and the hot tub was much appreciated.

Everything about the lodge was great - no faults at all

The external balcony would have been better if there was a gate or barrier to enclose to help keeping pets secure. The settee are not the most comfortable ones to sit in and relax after the days activities. Having stopped in different lodges with better quality settees.

Lodge was fantastic, clean, cosy, well designed with a hidden bathroom. The lodge had all facilities that we needed and felt spacious. The bbq is a great touch, kids loved it and we were kindly given some marshmallows to toast.

Excellent.The accommodation was very good.Facilities also great.Staff were friendly and helpful. The welcome pack for Valentines was a lovely touch.It was sad to see the tree destruction following the recent storms, but clearly a lot of effort is going in to sort it out.Highly recommend. Thanks

Very comfortable Lodge and good welcome pack

We were unable to stay in this lodge due to storm damage. We were offered an alternative that was suitable for 4 of us instead of 6.

Lovely cabin and the hot-tub was class. Very clean and in good order but only slightly just starting to show signs of wear, but it is the pet option so 100% expected.

The lodge was very pleasant and spacious. The heaters worked well but it was difficult to adjust them and there were no instructions in the lodge on how to do this. The spa bath didn't work and we reported this but it wasn't fixed while we were there but this was a minor detail. The biggest problem we had was no plug socket in one of the bedrooms for a child monitor and night light. Overall the lodge was very nice.

Our lodge was better than we expected, recently refurbished bathrooms to a very high standard. It was very very clean and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The bottle of fizz and a doggy welcome pack was a nice surprise.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the friendly staff. The surroundings are stunning. The staff in the restaurant were really friendly and the food is exceptional. Our original lodge had been damaged in the storm so we had been offered an alternative before arriving. It was clean and had everything we needed although a bit more privacy around the hot tub would have been nice. It is so peaceful and the dark skies are stunning. The facilities are immaculate. We would definitely return

Nice warm lodge. Everything you need. Clean bedding and nice bathroom. Shower was good. Washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Bottle of prosecco and few goodies ie coffee sachets milk and nice biscuits were a nice touch. Parking right outside lodge. Overall good.
