Lovely and clean very good location lodge was well equipped and very clean all your needs catered for

Lodge had everything we needed and was spotless and very comfortable. Hot tub was amazing and very hot. We had a lovely relaxing stay.Went into Louth for a few hours and Mablethorpe too. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The cabin was lovely, it was only the WIFI that let it down. The first day we had no BBC until realising if put onto HD it worked OK.It was lovely and clean and had plenty of pots and pans except for some reason the oven tray didn't fit the oven!!They even provided washing up liquid, sponge and t towel. I would recommend the cabin, just be aware 99% of the cabins are a long way from the facilities.

Lovely lodge excellent site!

Lovely and clean. Lodge on smaller side as was meant to be for 4 people but for just two people and a baby was absolutely fine! No wi-fi in our particular lodge (Alford spa). Hot tub was very relaxing.Only room for cot in the living room. Lovely walks surrounding the lodge and was nice to have the hotel facilities with restaurant and pool/spa on site to use too.

Great value for money clean and great views

Beautiful just an iron mark on carpet and blinds on one of bedroom bent and broken need replacing. Everything else excellent

Excellent value for money, great location, would definitely recommend it and we will be back. Pet friendly, hot tubs available and leisure facilities- what more could you ask for!

Lovely lodge with hot tub, spacious and modernNot much to do so would say it’s good for a relaxing break away if you just wanna chill.Cons:Not much cooking equipment(only one tray) we did take our own bits and piecesThere’s no light for outside near hot tub so we had to put the lights on from the hot tub to see. Only one near the front doorLocation wasn’t great if you wanted to go out to explore.Mcdonald’s, kfc and starbucks around 15 minutes away

Perfect holiday! Went in midweek in January so was very good value. The lodge was lovely, clean, spacious, modern, and fully equipped.The pool and spa facilities far exceeded expectation, there was a regular pool, sauna, steam room, ice room, hydrotherapy pool, jacuzzi, etc. the location is just what we wanted, hidden away in the forest, close by to lots of nature and some lovely walks.Upon arrival the water was turned off strangely, we called the guest services phone line and a member of staff was around less than 10 minutes later, solved the problem within 20 minutes and was very friendly.Would 100% recommend!!!

Great lodge and plenty of space simple heating. Outdoor porch area with seating and a table. Could have a tv in the master bedroom. But a great lodge layout.

Pre-context is key, we're a couple with a dog so booked to stay in a pet friendly lodge we were assigned Lodge 123 on arrival which is a three bedroom lodge with space for up to 6 guests (one double bed, and two rooms each with two singles). Pro's: - Great staff: each time we encountered staff they were always really friendly. We didn't have any issues to report so can't speak on that. - Peaceful location: The lodge location was very secluded exactly what we hoped for when booking.- Free great Wifi: Having no phone signal due to the location, the lodges and facilities provided free Wifi which was really good speed and never had any issuesCons:- We had a lodge for up to 6 guests, however the provided kitchen equipment wasn't enough for 6 guests. There was no larger dish/pan to cook for that amount of people. We ended up buying dishes which we took home with us.- The doors need some maintenance. The front door was very squeaky and didn't close when you pushed it close, you had to use the handle to securely close the door (as if you were going to lock it). The back porch door was really difficult, it got jammed very often (9 times out of 10), the locking mechanism was almost at it's end, it was often difficult to know if it was properly locked which did put us on edge- Knives could use replacing, many of them were blunt or had dints/defects.- There was noticeable wear and tear specifically the carpets lots of staining. I imagine that's more so in this lodge due to the pet friendly nature but could use a good carpet clean all around- Beds weren't comfortable unfortunately. Could feel the springs.

Had a great family weekend away

I found the quality of the massage rather lacking, am definitely used to better, also the manicure, consisted of a file and cutex which peeled off in a day. No hand soak, cuticle push back, cuticle oil, hand massage, nothing.

The Lodge was very clean. And very comfortable and warm.

We didn’t stay in the Caistor Spa but Lodge 163 which looked new… no complaints

Fabulous place we loved it

Not first choice as our normal accomodation was sold out but was still advertised on the Hoseasons website.

Lodge nice but accidentally booked pet one and didn’t take muttlys would remember for next time as though the no pets lodge was better

Excellent smooth booking

Great for what we needed and lovely in the woods we liked that we were away from other cabins. The facilities were very good. And the kitchens were stocked with everything you needed. Very clean towels , bedding The cabin did smell a little doggy on arrival but the cleaner brought the spray and it cleared. This is to be expected with dog friendly cabins

We had a lovely time in our static caravan . It was clean and warm up on arrival. Great hot tub as well. Only down side on that one was treat thw hot tub should be on the other side of the caravan. As it is by the main door it’s very overlooked by the other caravan . Also there could do with putting more toilet paper in the caravans. One in each bathroom for 4 days isn’t really quite enough ????

Great location peaceful place

The lodge has everything you need and is probably bigger than you expect despite being a "studio". The verandah makes all the difference especially when you have a pet; it was completely secure and was lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy nature on your doorstep. Loved the patches of wildflowers in between the lodges too.

Excellent holiday, great location and great facilities

Lovely surroundings peace and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodation was excellent and everything you need even a dishwasher. The swimming pool wasn't to over crowded and facilities was excellent will be going again .

Lovely lodge. Very clean, only downside was how far it was to walk to the spa and hotel restaurant. Not a lot for kids, a park might be a good idea.

Fantastic holiday we stayed in a 1 bed lodge with our dog. Very clean and enough room for 2 people and great hot tub.

Lodge was lovely, staff were very friendly. Lovely base for heading to the beach. The site could do with a play area for kids or some open area to play in away from the roads.

Excellent place one bad thing no internet in our cabin should maybe let people know this before booking.

Another lovely stay made better by fabulous weather. First time using pool. Great size. Very clean
