All good nice and clean, great value.

We had a very comfortable stay. We are both disabled and had a chalet right next to where we parked. Easy access so this made the holiday easy for us. Thank you very much

Settee wasn’t very comfortable and bed wasn’t very long but it was ok for our 6 night stayIt was lovely to have en-suite in the bedroom Nice decking with chairs to enjoy the viewNice to be able to park the car right next to the caravan

We stayed in a pet-friendly stargazer caravan with a hot tub. The caravan was spotlessly clean and suited all our needs. The beach being a 2-minute walk made this a holiday never to forget. We loved running down to the beach in the beautiful weather, watching surfers, plus plenty of friendly dogs and owners for our dog to play with. The walk back was a little steep; I feel this could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. At times, it felt we had the whole beach to ourselves. Staff were more than happy to help and very friendly. Our toaster was broken, not a big deal, we reported it, and they sent us a replacement the same day. The only niggle we had is our dog is a 5-month-old puppy, and our caravan didn't have a gate, so we had to use the coffee table for our peace of mind and to prevent him from escaping to the beach. When using the outdoor space and when we had our door open to enjoy the beautiful weather. We didn't use any facilities on-site as we went out daily. Thank you, Away Resorts, for a lovely getaway.

Clean and comfortable

Had a lot of top rate gadgets, but no instructions on how to use them , eg: coffee machine, heating

Dirty pull out bed meant it wasn’t able to be slept in. Facilities good and had everything we needed . Bath in bed room was a nice touch and enjoyed the hot tubs panoramic views

Very nice caravan and was very good value for money. Some minor cleanliness issues such as crisp packets/ crumbs under the sofa but the hot tub was amazing and the bath in the bedroom was a nice extra touch. Nice view of the sea from the caravan and was a quiet location despite being overlooked by other caravans. Sofa was broken but seems owners have tried fixing this with a block of wood. Hopefully this is temporary whilst having chance to replace it as it did fall down a couple times. Would return. Did not visit facilities so not sure what they were like.

Beautiful location and accommodation. Would have like to be more aware of facilities being shut due to out of season. But was stunning overall. The beach made up for these factors!

Superb modern chalet , everything you would need for self catering . Nice and warm electric heating . Beds were comfy we slept really well all weekend. Spotless clean and a bonus sea view which was lovely to wake up to in the morning especially in Nov we had a really lovely weekend

Close to Hayle,Penzance, St Ives. Stunning beaches,beautiful walks. Wildlife heaven.Sea swimming, best in this country. I think anyway.

What a stay! Loved it. We spend 7 days in the October half term here.. we have been here a few times now, but this time we stayed in the stargazer with hot tub. I don’t think we could stay now in any other accommodation on the site - it had everything we needed and was equipt with everything you could possibly think of.

Brilliant in every area. Perfect for our 2 children aged 7 and 9. Great venue would highly recommend

First time in a chalet we normally do the caravans very nice and cosy the family loved it

Great caravan

Incredible short break away in Cornwall. Heating was broken in the caravan but quickly sorted. The location is what makes this place so special. The beach is incredible and the views are heartwarming. The evening entertainment was great, a good laugh and the Boo Crew gave it everything on stage. Bingo was brilliant fun every night. As a family we had an amazing break and we hope to be back soon.

Average, but was not a luxury chalet

Fantastic break, just what we needed. We stayed in older chalet style accommodation with our dog. Had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable and linen clean. Probably could do with sprucing up but it didn’t bother us. Site is massive and has lots of amenities. Lots of stunning looking newer accommodation we would like to take advantage of when we book to come back. Location is great, on ring road and was able to travel around with ease. Site was kept clean and tidy. Great easy access to dunes and beach. All in all, great park, will deffo be back again. ????

This lodge was just perfect. Lovely location with a hottub.Very nicely decorated with lovely detail in every room.The Kitchen was well equipped and living area was great. TV in every room, the grandchildren loved it.Would love to go back again.
