Excellent weekend break

Lovely break.we felt like we had been to a retreat, came back feeling totally relaxed

Stayed for the week over Feb half term with my mum, 2 boys and 2 dogs. The cottage was spotless as we arrived and what a lovely welcome from the manager. It was a lovely quiet stay despite other guests around. Great walks with the dogs throughout the week. Lovely clean swimming pool onsite just a shame there isn’t more time to book to enjoy it. Hot tub was very large and great temp! Limited kitchen space however it was workable as we are used to such a large kitchen at home! Could be useful to have some scissors and gravy jug in kitchen. One other downfall was the hot tub being emptied on the morning of checkout. We weren’t given prior warning of this so my children were disappointed not to get a last dip. Also the garden was flooded so couldn’t let the dogs out either. Overall lovely stay!

What a fantastic place to land on - couldn’t speak highly enough of Mark or of the accommodation and the hot tub / pool facilities. We had a really relaxing and valuable few days as a family and will most definitely return.

The Coach house was Lovely, Mark the manager was very welcoming and helpful , My daughter left her Smart watch behind and Mark has kindly posted it back to us.

What a lovely stay. Apartment was very spacious, had everything you needed and was cleaned to a very high standard. The hot tub and swimming facilities were clean and easy to access. The host was lovely and provided a mobile number for any issues outside of site hours. Overall would recommend. I have stayed twice and would stay again if I was in the area.

The Clock House is a characterful place to spend a few days in peaceful surroundings. Its location, just north of Norwich, is a good base from which to explore the Norfolk Broads, the north Norfolk coast and Norwich itself. The swimming pool is an excellent feature and the paper-based booking system is easy to use.

Everything in the property was lovely and well decorated though out.It had everything you could need.Very comfortable home from home!

Great private garden that backed onto the swimming area. Only issues was bathroom didn’t have a shower but we where fine using the bath with a shower head. Great place to stay.

We stayed in The Clock House. It was lovely, very comfortable with excellent facilities. The children loved the pool. An excellent place to stay within easy access of local places of interest. Would definitely recommend.

The cottages we stayed in were beautiful, spacious and clean, we had an issue that was out of their hands but solved immediately for us when we asked Mark! The swimming pool was a massive plus, heated indoor swimming pool that you just put your name down for a time slot and it's free to use for your group. We ended up using it more than our hottub!We are definitely going to be staying again and would recommend to anybody looking for a getaway.

Perfect for family gathering and celebrations.

Excellent stay perfect for the dogs as there is an enclosed private garden. You get a private hot tub along with private use of the pool as you book an hours time slot per cottage. The house was giant with a spacious living room and 3 bedrooms all which were fitted with a TV. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Make sure if you stay here you plan for food and any drinks you may want the closet shop we found was co op 12 min drive away but we didn’t mind this we loved how out the way it was. Super clean also would recommend to everyone!

Really friendly manager. Christmas tree was a great unexpected treat along with chocolates and buzz fizz! Wanted to stay longer. Swimming pool very clean and hot tub was great too. 10/10Photos don’t do this place justice. Great value for money.

Excellent accommodation, in a superb setting. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Lovely property with a great sun trap in the courtyard garden. Beautiful surroundings. Well worth a stay.

Brilliant & cosy cottage far enough out the way to be secluded but close enough to local amenities. Amazing hotub & bathroom with underfloor heating throughout tops it off. The owners, Rob & Sharon are wonderful! (And of course Bonnie) Will definitely be coming back again for longer ASAP!!

Really well equipped house, lovely and warm too which was so nice on a rainy December day! Bath was just lovely and a nice big shower! The property is under a flight path - this did not disturb us at all! Dont be put off! A great location for dogs who hate fireworks as it's in the middle of nowhere. It was everything we wanted for our weekend away and we loved staying here. We'll definitely be back! Our pups absolutely loved the underfloor heating and had so much fun in the garden. In fact Luna came home with a strained tail and according to the vet it was because she was wagging it so much over the weekend!! Very happy pups and hoomans!

Lovely cottage. Great location for us. Away from the hustle and bustle. Great hot tub . Lovely helpful non intrusive owners. They have it just right!

Absolutely loved how well maintained and equipped this cottage is. Plenty of dog walks right on the doorstep. Very friendly host, they were so efficient and communication was excellent. We had a wonderful time in Goddard Mead. The cottage was very complete and there were walks on the doorstep. The welcome and stay was very warm. The owners are lovely people.

The owners Rob & Sharon, have gone to a great deal of work to sympathetically convert this historic building & we couldn't have had a warmer greeting from them both & of course Bonnie.
