Great cabin great location lovely people

No complaints for the lodge fixtures and fittings, very comfortable..

Loved the lodge. Came with all we needed and more.

This is our 2nd visit to the Cloud Lodge and we have booked it again for next year.Everything is lovely.

Wonderful holiday lodge, very clean and spacious. Staff were lovely and accommodating great base for exploring Norfolk and coming back to a lovely hot tub and lodge.

We enjoyed our holiday lodge and the nearness of places of interest.. The American Diner was 5 mins away and a gardening centre in the same place with good food

Beautiful lodge, had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. Lovely quiet location with views across the golf course.

Absolute beautiful stay for a girls weekend. Would be perfect for a couples weekend away. Nice relaxed environment. Very clean and tidy and had all of the necessary equipment for cooking. We were running slightly late due to traffic, the manager made sure, the key was left safely for us, turned the hot tub and heating on. So when we arrived the place was cosy and comfortable straight away. Fantastic service. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

The lodge was beautifully clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great for relaxing after a day of exploring. The ability to play golf literally on the doorstep was a great addition to our holiday.

A lovely place for some r&r. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean lodge. Hot tub was well used and kids loved the golf range. Would definitely return!

Excellent mid week we went to relax whilst combining doing our own quotes and tenders. Internet access sketchy but owners updating shortly so won't be a problem.

Few things needed to finish off the experience. Hanging pegs on back of bathroom & bedroom doors. More plates, cutlery & pizza cutter.

Spotlessly clean lodge. Everything you need is there with some lovely touches on arrival. Friendly staff in the cafe. Comfortable beds. Clean hot tub. Will be going again. If you want a quiet and peaceful place to stay this is it.

Brilliant time, would return and recommend.

Great place to stay if you want a nice place to relax. If you stay in the winter months make sure to bring a dressing gown to put on when you get out of the it tub. The hot tub has lights inside it that change colours and you can turn the bubbles on or off. Temperature of the water was spot on too. Even when it was only 2 degrees outside.

Overall lovely place, away from most people, peace and quiet. Very relaxing perfect for all ages. Would suit a family as well.

Only 2 lodges on site this time we had the Clavering previous Empress. Both are identical. Not fun area screened with small patio area where if weather is ok nice to relax in and Sun bath

Would have like more crockery and some wine glasses / beer glasses.
Would have really liked bigger bath towels.
Otherwise, everything was great. Well kept, nicely furnished and with good appliances.

A good overall break in a very light , spacious and comfortable lodge.The staff were very friendly.

Absolutely fantastic location, wonderful homely accommodation which was fantastic. The views of the surrounding golf course was brilliant, with good facilities on site. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Apart from the RAF fighter jets taking off once in a while some distance away this is a very quiet getaway. This is THE perfect place to unwind and relax. Tecos's is 6 mins by car so you do not have to travel far for your shopping. There is also a hot tub that is checked regularly by the staff so it is always clean. This is a great stress relief if you have been on a long drive, or again you want to simply unwind. With the choice of paying and playing a round of golf there is no better way to just simply chill. It is also a great place to base yourself to visit some of the great tourist attractions nearby. As a recommendation goes. we can not wait to return to this site again

Lovely tranquil setting ! Staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Lodge was beautifully presented and very comfortable. It was well equipped and clean. Hot tub was in a very private position and was a great feature of the hire. The view from the lounge area of the lodge was across the golf course . We saw a little Muntjac coming trotting across the golf course and past put lodge a couple of times ! Rey. Dry nice ! Would definitely book again.

Had an amazing time. Lots of places around to go and see. Staff at hawthorn glen lodges were fantastic. 100% will be looking to go again.

Our third visit. Excellent Lodge Spacious and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The new patio is very good with comfortable seating. Very good value food and drinks. I’m sure that we will return in the future.

Lovely stay really quiet and nice location

Very nice lodge. Only two lodges currently. Situated on a golf course and was very quiet. Lodge was very clean and spacious. Would advise however to take your own hairdryer as could not locate one. Also, if you like fresh coffee, take your own cafetière. Hot tub was lovely and was located in a private, secluded area outside the front door. About 50 minutes from Cambridge park and ride and about 30 minutes from Kings Lynn. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was excellent and TV has access to Netflix, iPlayer, Prime for streaming.

Great location to explore Norfolk. The lodge has everything you would expect for an enjoyable break. The bonus is the spa pool….even when it’s raining!!!

A lovely spotlessly clean lodge. Minor points would be hooks on bedroom doors, decent shelf in bathroom, outdoor loungers.

A perfect place to stay for a short break, so quiet and peaceful. The lodge was immaculate, hot tub lovely and warm and hidden away down the side of the lodge. We will definitely return.
