Beautiful caravan/lodge we loved it.However the sofa and chairs could do with a shoulder back rest very low. The main issue is the curtains could do with being higher as when sun shine in through the top windows which is lovely you cannot se the TV wherever you sit. Just along the side windows could easily fixed by higher the poles and add length to curtains Other than that would book again it's lovely and in a nice position on the site. Big thumps up. Also clean.

My general rating of a Platinum 3 caravan is "ok" The van wasnt very clean, we had one room with no bed linen which i had to go back to reception to get as their text service was far too slow. And i ended up cleaning the van myself before we settled in. The van was disappointing to say the least. We had paid for one with decking, well what a waste of money, the decking wasn't even 4ft wide, you could barley move on it. The "view" from the decking was into a private vans back garden area. The 2nd twin bedroom was tiny, lucky it was only for my 18 month old. The van had wifi access but we were not provided with the password for it so could not use this facility. The only positive of the van was it had allocated parking right next to the van.Tha play park was ok, although not a lot for the younger children that is safe for them. The splash park was brilliant and all the family enjoyed it fro. 30yrs to 18 months. We did not entertain the theme park as was far too expensive for what was on offer.

The accommodation was not value for money at all.
The beddings in the accommodation gave my kids rash, no idea if is the detergent used or it was a old beddings used no idea. The holiday in total was way too costly than expected after paying the high fee for accommodation. Would definitely not be coming again and would be advising families and friends to think it through before making the journey.

Nice caravan - luckily a bit out of the way of the main bulk of other caravans.
No towels or tea towels. No hair dryer, no iron, no washer, dryer or dishwasher.
The twin beds in the smallest bedroom were too small to be of use to anyone over 8.
Very clean. Good sized living room. Good sized main bedroom

Rjs is the best venue for entertainment although quite expensive for food , the tavern didn’t have much on and again quite expensive for food , I would definitely come back again though as overall we had a brilliant week

We stayed at Unity Farm Brean recently and honestly, we probably won't come back. There’s just not enough activities without splashing out a ton of money. RJ's was a bit of a letdown - no entertainment, which was a shame because the staff were really lovely and the food was decent. The noise from neighbours at midnight was a pain, but we got used to it. On the bright side, the caravan itself was fantastic!

The caravan was really cosy and clean, which we appreciated. Just wish we could sit outside comfortably, so upgrading to one with decking is next!

The van was really lovely, super clean and new. Just a shame about the missing decking, though.

Honestly, our stay had its ups and downs. The lodge was advertised with free wifi, but that was pretty much a joke. We went to reception and spoke to Wifinity, got registered, but still couldn’t get any signal at the lodge. We told our teens about the wifi, so they could keep in touch or download stuff, but they had to walk over to reception just to get a decent signal. We would’ve happily paid for extra devices if it meant staying connected. That was a bit of a letdown. The location of the lodge being right at the park gates meant it wasn’t exactly peaceful or quiet, especially during peak season. We really enjoyed the quietness in Februaryand honestly, we’re glad the park was closed then. The short walk to the swimming pool was definitely a plus. Inside, the lodge was comfy enough for five of us, but I don’t think there’d be enough seats in the lounge or hot tub for eight people. A few cupboards and drawers in the kitchen could do with a tune-up-some of them didn’t close smoothly. Also, the path around the lodge ended near one end of the decking, which meant the wardens had to walk on muddy ground to get onto the decking steps to service the hot tub twice daily. This resulted in mud and grass being tracked onto the decking and into the hot tub, even after extra mopping. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the wifi and some little details could definitely be improved.

We had a lovely day at the park, really enjoyed it! The only downside was how close it is to the road.

It's a bit frustrating when some drivers ignore the 15 mph limit, but overall, it's a decent service. Cheers!

We stayed in a lovely caravan, which was quite comfortable overall. The only small hassle was the lack of a proper sharp knife-there was just a peeler and a flimsy carving knife, neither very sharp! Also, there was no clothes airer to hang towels and swimwear, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Nothing major, just petty things really.

The caravan was well equipped and spotless. We could’ve used a vacuum midweek after a bit of beach sand, but overall, the kids really enjoyed the entertainment options. Nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was fantastic with bedrooms at both ends, so no more awkward shuffle. Pillows were a bit noisy, but overall, a brilliant place to stay. Definitely coming back!

The van is really great overall, but we did notice quite a few people stubbing their toes on the sofa edge or bed frame. Definitely bring slippers to avoid the pain! It’s worth it though.

We had a lovely family holiday we would do it again
David
Very disappointed with the theme park, charged £5 to walk around the park with our grandkids who went on the rides and we did not go on any. Very disappointed and only went in the once.
Deborah
We had a lovely family holiday - caravan was spacious, well-equipped, clean and well positioned to get to all the facilities and entertainment venues on site and also to the beach. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this caravan site.
Dave
Was awesome… was so happy with the van had everything u need kids loved it… only thing I didn’t like was mattresses they were like sleeping on a board so maybe bit of improvement there would be good for comfort … but other than that had a wicked time love unity :)
Charlie
Overall the holiday was a good one the caravan was really nice modern and clean had everything you needed, booking with hoseason it was separate from the other built up caravans part it was quite a lot of room outside, we had to wait till 5pm to get in and it didn’t help it was the hottest day of the year lucky they let us in an hour early! the staff was very helpful they had 2 club houses rjs which very loud and full of people more performance and the tavern which was a lot more chilled and more Involvement for the kids like games dancing prizes.
The beach was lovely beautiful sandy just a walk away swimming was great it had amusement parks, karting rides a ice cream parlour, sweet shack, market on Monday and Sunday! And boot sale Wednesday, has a fantastic time
Louise
Brilliant holiday, couldn't fault it. Will definitely be returning again soon

Lovely holiday
But really could do with a swimming pool you don't have to pay for every time!
