The classic lodge well thought out. Plenty of hand sanitiser and surface cleaner during our stay. Good sized well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable living. The curtains were a little thin and let a lot of light in. Our toddler found it difficult to sleep at night and in a morning and wished we'd brought our blackout blind (our fault)

Overall was very good lodge, all we ever wanted for a holiday.

We had a wonderful week together despite the weather which could have been better. Much appreciated after being apart throughout the past 4 months.
We were impressed by the park staff and their attention to our safety at all times.
Would definitely recommend it for a tranquil 'home from home'.

Loved it but a few little things frustrated me. No instructions for the complicated washer/dryer. Great machine though. Very sparse cooking items (told due to COVID) if there had been six people in the lodge we would have struggled. Bathroom tap leaked, told maintenance man who fixed it that day, though difficult to see how it was missed by cleaning staff? The lodge was clean but found a large fur ball by sofa and under bins making me think a deep clean wasn’t done (as required with COVID). Couldn’t work out how to open bi-folding doors which was a shame to be unable to use them. Loved drinks cabinet, bedrooms beautiful especially master en suite. Hot tub fab.

Lovely peaceful location to relax and a good base to explore Devon and Cornwall.

Definitely would love to return but not sure we will be able to afford the school summer holiday season!

The lodge was perfect, very clean & comfortable. Large enclosed decking area which was great for our dog and the hot-tub was brilliant too. The owners seem to have thought of everything in equipping the lodge, even down to providing a torch....much need for late night walks round the park with the dog as it's very dark. A washing machine and dishwasher too.

Don’t hesitate to book this lodge..... it’s amazing! We loved it. Faultless. We will be back!

A much needed rest in a beautiful part of the country.

Willow Bay is obviously in the throws of a change of ownership with many signs etc in need of updating. It was a little off putting that the staffing was 9 to 5 and as previously mentioned that there were no convenience facilities whatsoever.

Very impressive accommodation.

Fixture and fittings reduced due to Covid and arrival time pushed back and hour and departure time brought forward and hour to allow for cleaning, which is perfectly fine but I would have expected a small refund to reflect this.

Only let down by the decking - everything else was modern, clean and spacious.

This was our first time to cornwall and we was more than pleased with it.willow bay lodge park was absolutely lovely and would and will recommend to anyone.

Such a lovely break, I would recommend it. Felt safe, the dogs were safe because the lodge was surrounded by an enclosed fence all the way round. Only 8 miles from Bude. We would return.

We all absolutely enjoyed our holiday

Everything was fabulous, the staff, the bungalow was clean and tidy, plenty of space, garden was clean and well kept, hut tub was clean and maintained correctly. The staff were helpful and accommodating. No complaints at all.

Amazing site, wonderfully quiet and very well kept. Would highly recommend.

We had a really pleasant stay. The park has stunning surroundings and when we went wasn’t particularly busy. My only negative were perhaps the lack of some basic amenities like toilet rolls (only 1 provided per bathroom) and soap in the lodge (thankfully we took some with us). Wi-Fi on site isn’t the best - but they do state that. Barely any of the networks get a signal, and it is a drive to get to anywhere locally. Ideal if you want a quiet break away from it all and are happy with driving places.

Fantastic accommodation very clean staff are amazing and always happy to help beautiful woodland walk on site 15 minutes from Bude town and beach will definitely be going back :)

We had a lovely 4 nights stay here! The park was so quite and very relaxing and our lodge was super clean!
