the best swimming pool in the world

The holiday was peaceful, relaxing and hugely enjoyable. Accommodation provided ample space - we were a party of 6 adults and an almost 3 year old. We self-catered and had space to share our meals together, play board games and do the all important holiday puzzle. Loved the pool - had been anxious about this because of Covid, but it was really well managed. Excellent location for visiting local beaches - just loved it!

We had a great time cabin decking needed a bit of a clean as it didn’t look like it had been done for a while and cleaning by the doors behind the curtains could do with being done as I hovered while there and found think old cobwebs

We were upgraded to a cottage with hot tub which was a god send as I pulled my back when we arrived. This was much appreciated.

We couldn’t really review the restaurant as we didn’t use it .

Fantastic little holiday kids loved every minute of it cabin on the lake was very clean and beautuful views

Not much room in the bedroom for clothes

Excellent accommodation loved the hot tub

Hot tub should be at correct temperature on day of arrival. Ours was like warm for the first two days / nights so only actually got to use it on the last night!

The only thing I could find fault with and that’s not the sites fault, was the mattress on the double bed, I suffer from a back injury and found the bed extremely bad for my back, but again not the sites fault and we have already come up with a way to make it more comfortable for when we come back at Christmas.

We had a lovely time as we always do. My sister hired a bungalow the same week & she was so impressed she will be booking again. This was our 5th time at Hengar & wasn't disappointed . Thankyou to you all 😁😁

Great stay, the lodge could benefit from some sort of cover/canopy over the hot tub.

Great place to stay. Lovely villa, very clean.

We had an excellent wk. Its lovely and quiet and relaxing. Surroundings are lovely and nothing feels rushed.accomodation was brilliant...very clean and well kept. Swimming pool was very good as was the golf pitch and putt. We didnt go fishing but walked and had a look at the lakes and it was so pretty. It's a shame they have got rid of the crazy golf nd I think the childrens play area could be improved as not a lot in there. Overall it was a lovely place to stay.

Great 3 bedroom villa. Fabulous location and facilities with very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely site but accommodation a bit tired and shabby. Staff friendly and helpful especially Angela on reception who sorted out our booking when we arrived as we had added the weekend to our midweek booking with short notice and we had booked 2 different accommodations by mistake with 2 different companies. She sorted it out within 20 mins and we were able to stay in the same bungalow all week.
