Lodge was lovely, spacious, clean and already for our arrival. Lodge was warm on arrival but 2hrs later it was cold. No heating on all evening and was cold next morning. Towels on radiators were still wet. No details of who to call except out of hours security. No instructions on how to use anything except the fire. Rang the number that has called us previously to inform us what lodge we were in. They said somebody would be out but didn't know when. Luckily a couple of hours later we noticed the cleaners were in the next lodge so we spoke to them. They looked at the heating/boiler and it was set low so turned it up for us. It got lovely and warm. Hot tub was lovely. There was a disclaimer to sign and hand in at reception prior to use. Reception closes at 4pm which is after the arrival time and doesn't open till Friday after our leave time so a bit stupid. Confusion about wi fi as states its included in the lodge booking but then there was a leaflet informing us how to register and pay for usage. It was a relaxing break and a bonus that there was alpacas in the field next to the lodges.

Furniture and beds were too soft for us

The lodge was clean but the beds need replacing . It lacks crockery/ utensils and information on the surrounding area.

Cigarette butts in the patio area which weren’t cleaned up from a previous guest. The rest was lovely

Excellent place to stay very well equipped, only a short drive to Gibraltar point, mablethorpe, anderby creek etc. then after a day of walking you can relax in the lovely hot tub. There is a couple of pubs in either direction of the farm but you would need to drive or cycle as there isn’t a footpath all the way in. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again

What a gem!! There were no photo of the inside when we booked so we hoped for the best. It was lovely! 2 double bedrooms with en-suites, and a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. (Bottom bunk was a small double, top bunk a single). There was a separate bathroom across the hall that the 3rd bedroom used solely. The most lovely and massive kitchen. Very modern and loads of space. Island with seating for 4. Open plan room where the kitchen was with a massive (and I mean massive!) open plan living area with 3 sofas and a large flatscreen tv. Bifold doors onto the patio that were the length on the room. In addition to this was a separate dining room/living room. Table for 6 people and 2 sofas and large flatscreen tv again. Perfect to have 2 living areas. Lovely and clean throughout and bathrooms were very modern. Clearly newly refurb inside the bungalow. We were 2 family’s of 3 and we all loved it. 10 mins to the seaside and shops and less then half an hour from Skegness/Ingoldmells if you wanted more of the busier type of seaside. We will definatly be returning. I was tempted to leave a bad review on the hope no one would go and therefore leave it free for my family and friends! lol.. but alas I couldn’t bring myself to lie. :0)

Very cosy and comfortable small touches like leaving us some fresh milk and a loaf of bread was great the sauna was great top few days away thanks

Helsey Farm is brilliant. The facilities are fantastic and the site is glorious. Clean, welcoming and the hot tub was such a bonus!

Wanted a quiet break away and this place certainly delivered. Room to gather or space to relax on your own. Perfect.

Perfect for a weekend away spacious and peaceful. The corn store has everything you need for a short break very well equipped and the hot tub was fantastic.

one minor issues albeit at end of main holiday season, no oven glove which made getting stuff out of the oven a little more of a chore,everything else was absolutely brilliant

As previously stated needs a catch on the hot tub cover. Also a lid lifter would be handy as it’s a two person job to put the hot tub lid back on

Absolutely loved it, gorgeous little cottage. Perfect for a long weekend as a couple with our dog. Loved the hot tub and would definitely be back.

A gorgeous little cottage, perfect for two and exploring the Lincolnshire coast...It is furnished beautifully, personally I would update the sofa and stools at the breakfast bar, but everything else was spot on.The hot-tub was an added bonus and it was lovely to arrive to a complimentary plum bread, jam and milk.Would highly recommend.

The lodge was perfect and in excellent condition. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Holiday lodge was lovely with a very thoughtful welcome pack. Would definitely use it again.

Had the best time ever love this place is so clean inviting spacious hot tub is brilliant even a Christmas tree indoor and out definitely going back again .

A really nice little development, we got a nice friendly welcome from the lady on reception who was really helpful. The lodge itself was amazing, from the open plan lay out to the mood lighting and of course the hot tub. 10 mins from Ingoldmells and 20 from Skegness so good location for days out. Overall a really nice lodge and one of the best we have stayed in, thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be back.

Absolutely lovely long weekend at the lodge. The hot tub was fantastic and the lodge was very comfortable with everything we needed. The site is so peaceful and lovely views of the lake. We enjoyed going to the nearby al paca farm and donkey sanctuaries and only 15 mins from the beach!

It was amazing value and very roomy in the shared areas. Hot tub was great and lovely views onto the lake. A few areas for improvement: we didn’t manage to get the Wi-Fi to work, we should have called up about this really. The smaller beds were not comfortable for an adult for 3 nights. The lodge could be better signposted as we just had to guess and try the key in the end.

The glass at the front of the building meant the main room was very hot when the sun was shining. The Wi Fi di not work and despite contacting the office it was not resolved until the following day I was given the Wi Fi providers number and I contacted them myself. When cleaning up at the end of our stay, removing bedding as requested, shocked to find a heavily stained mattress on the double bed, which clearly needed replacing. The reception on site was only staffed for three days out our seven day stay
