Will definitely be returning 3 days wasn’t long enough to do everything and see everything.
The most beautiful hidden place in the middle of nowhere. Anyone looking for some peace and quiet will be delighted.

Perfect lodge, perfect surroundings making for a fantastic holiday.

Warm, comfortable lodge with all of the facilities that you needed. Great decking area with an amazing view and a heated porch area for drying wet items.

Lovely lodge, they really have thought of everything and although we never needed to use the drying room attached to the lodge it was one of the main reasons along with the hot tub why we chose Hartsop. The location is perfect for exploring the Ullswater area. I only have one suggestion which is that the fencing erected to the side of the veranda needs to be a little higher as we were looked onto by 4 other lodge verandas, it wouldn’t block any views but would provide greater privacy

We had a great time away and loved the lodge which was a welcome sight after a very wet soggy walk!

Very good accommodation, fixtures and fittings and the provision of quality cooking and eating utensils was much appreciated.

we will definitely be visiting again as so much more to do and visit and hartsop is in a neutral place to visit other lakes.

Fantastic lodge was spotlessly clean! Great location if you want nice and peaceful break with a short drive to busier areas in the day. The two ladies who greeted us and also waved us off home couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. Laundry facilities, heating cupboards to dry wet clothes, hot tub, games. Was an all round wonderful weekend and we will definately return!

Overall quite happy with the accommodation, but very disappointed at having to check out due to having no water supply (thank you Storm Ciara!!)

The lodge was outstandingly modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the living room was cosy comfy and warm. The only added extra is out in this lodge would be a log burner.

Fantastic, will stay here again.

Amazing location, tucked away but within walking distance of local villages. The views are wonderful and waterfall 5 minutes away!! Lovely place to relax, enjoy wildlife and surroundings. Good quality lodge, very cosy and warm, lovely hot-tub. Even got a show from the training F15s on two mornings!! Highly recommend, though try out of peak season for best value for money.

Great... staff were lovely and there on hand to help out. Always friendly... to be fair, there were reviews of the WiFi being poor! But.... had no issues... watched plenty on the tablet and phones worked without any issues and that was 4 of us!

Took my wife here for her 30th treat. Stayed in one of the premier lodges angle tarn. stay was perfect. Hot tub was great. The lodge was very well equipped. And very clean.

Staff at Hartop fold are amazing, very friendly and couldn't do enough to help or advise, they keep the beautiful and clean. Perfect for walks ,amazing views definitely recommend.

A beautiful cabin in a stunning location. Quiet, tranquil evenings spent on the veranda after Venturing out during the day visiting many interesting locations. Being dog friendly, which many locations are not, and at a reasonable price certainly ensures we will vist again.

Lovely, quiet site. Fantasy views. Accommodation very good however the sofa’s were uncomfortable & and double mattress had a hollow in the middle.

What a wonderful escape from it all place to enjoy rest & relaxation. No noise, no outside interruptions, no lights late at night so beautifully clear skies, could not ask for better.

We can’t see any staffs there. You have to leave enough tissue rolls there.

Back from a 3 night break, stayed in the Keswick Lodge. I am probably one of the fussiest people you could meet, however it was spotless and given that dogs are welcome there was no bad smells. Very comfortable stay with everything you would need. Would definitely return.
