i really enjoyed my stay it has a fab pool its gt nice places aroyund it for days out like the short walk to the fair and arcades along the beach which is lovely for couples to take romantic walks

it might be a superior but in the wrong place but we still had a nice time okay there are always things that are not right but next we will make sure that the beach is open

Amazing place

Not bad for the price. Kids loved the playground, pool and arcades. Access to beach wasn’t easy due to work on sea defences but not the sites fault. Nice and handy for lovely days out in north wales

Caravan was good a few things missing but asked staff and was given new ones. Condensation was really bad in bathroom

Caravan was perfect- very pleasantly surprised.

Excellent caravan, very spacious with good size rooms, fridge was a very good size, TV mounted on a wall out the way of little ones, good size corner table with corner sofa, would say they need to upgrade the kettle as it was loud and took a while to boil and toaster was too small for the bread

We have booked the superior caravan i on both our stays in the park and weirdly, the first time it was the caravan shown in the picture on the website. The second time it was a completely different caravan that wasn't as good.

Perfect caravan ,perfect holiday nice staff and facilities. Everything was supplied for us on arrival.

All as expected, clean and well prepared. A few glasses needed washing but generally good.

Overall very good

The comfort caravan provides budget accommodation, it was all that was available for us when we booked. There were a few ants in our caravan and very little storage but we expected the lack of storage.

We only stayed for 3 days, but the caravan was a good choice for our requirements and we did not experience any problems with the caravan or its contents.

Everything you needed in this holiday home, nothing more to add.

The caravan was clean and cozy and had easy to operate settings. Making the heating, shower etc really easy to figure out. All the beds were made up on arrival andAlthough we only had 4 people staying there was plenty of room and there was enough space for 2 more In the living room without it being too much of a squeeze. The Wi-Fi availability within the caravan was a nice unexpected touch.

Overall a nice place to stay but prices of stay are wildly inflated for school holiday stays

Positives:We stayed here last week for 4 nights and generally had a great time. The positives were that the caravan was clean, the site had plenty of things to do and is close to various attractions and activities. The on site arcade, bar and pool were all very good and our kids loved the amusements and in site staff, especially the entertainment team. Negatives:When we arrived there was no one around to check us in. We arrived just after 17:30pm on a Thursday and all facilities were closed. I rang the general enquiries line and they advised someone would be with us soon. We didn't have to wait too long, but it was not what we were expecting. We were also put into a caravan that was not what we expected: we had booked a superior caravan but what we got seemed quite basic, and did not look like what was advertised on the site (I appreciate that pictures will not fully represent all the caravans of that style, but there were clear differences in quality). We did query the caravan to check we had been given the right one, and we were told it was correct. There was not much else we could do, so we accepted the caravan, but it would make us reluctant to book this type of caravan again. All in all, the experience wasn't hampered too much by it, but it wasn't the start we wanted to the holiday.

Cannot fault this van and it’s definetly worth it to upgrade, I’ll never go basic again , only thing I can fault is it wud of been nice to have pillow protectors and a mattress topper, but apart from that vry comfortable and warm. Also we turned the water down as our 3 year old but the hot tap on n it was vry hot for her. Loved it though lots of room too

Lovely caravan

The caravan was very clean and the little welcome pack was a lovely touch it was lovely and warm the central heating was great the beds were very comfortable

Food was pricey, and underwhelming! Staff were friendly and helpful all over the resort, especially the pool staff! Caravan was lovely and clean although beds could do with new mattresses! We did enjoy our stay, but not sure if we’d return.

Sticky stuff on floor by table .Only one hand towel no other towels only one toilet brush . No lighter for cooker we had to buy one and left it for next people ..Other than that it was a nice caravan

Beautiful place to stay caravan really spacious the only down fall was the pull out bed in living area not comfortable at all had to by a air bed sham because the caravan it self was lovely with 2 toilets we all had a great time beach right their beautiful

Supposed to be a luxury 8 it most certainly was not luxury very disappointed with the caravan especially the price I paid

Me & my partner enjoyed our weekend with you, the caravan that we stayed in was nice/ clean & comfortable, the park & the beach was very good & the weather made it even better.

Fond it difficult to find as it's next to bridge it's not very well signed posted it's between bridge and shop on very tight turn but the holiday was great

We have really enjoyed staying at Golden Sands , facilities were great ! Unfortunately we didn't get to dine in the restaurant .

We went with a 16 year old this site although enjoyable and you couldn't fault the staff is not for teenagers but perfect for the younger family
