We moved accommodations after the first night as the place we were given to begin with although the facilities were good there was an awful sound that constantly went off every hour on the dot which woke us up all night. But the staff were amazing and moved us with no problem being out of season with ease to a more quiet location and to an amazing villa

Lodge had all we needed. Beds just a little on the small side and shower leaked a little bit other than that it was perfect!

Great lodge. Was a bonus there was a dvd player. Heating was effective. Shower good strength. Nice to have some essentials in a welcome pack like washing up soap, kitchen towel, milk sachets.

Everything was great, had no problems, felt comfortable an a home from home

We stayed in an Ocean Tide Villa, it was so lovely and homely. Beautifully clean, plenty of space, very comfortable beds! The kitchen was spacious and the full size dining table was a really lovely addition. Lovely sized bathrooms and bedrooms, lots of space for the kids to play and move about without being on top of each other.

The Bungalow was clean but the bedroom with the tv in needed attention the door had chips in it and the window ledge really looked bad I was disappointed with this with what I paid. We could if done with a dustpan and brush.

Great place stay staff friendly lots to do on site would stop here again

We had a lovely holiday with plenty of things to do on site and very close to the beach. Accommodation was a little tired and more seating would have been nice as there was only a small sofa and one chair other than the table and chairs. Beds though were very comfortable and the shower was very good. Would recommend the site.

good holiday,but poor weather

A fairly small caravan but clean, very comfortable and well equipped.

No WiFi or 4G in the Cleavewood Cabins which in this day and age is unacceptable. Both the Old Mill and the indoor pool closing way earlier than advised on Google Maps and indeed in the site literature. A poor experience, I'm afraid. Sorry...

Lovely centre lots of things to do just a bit far from the beach staff brilliant we left a few bits in the wardrobe and rang reception to arrange return thank you denis

Perfect villa.. had everything you would need

Large and comfortable place. Dishwasher and washing machine a bonus in our lodge. Very clean and loved the welcome gift.

The villa was nice and clean, good layout and view, bedrooms a good size. Could of done with an extra baking tray for oven chips.

The Sunscape Villa was great all you need for a family getaway .

Didn't like the apartment. It wasn't cosy. It was out of date and dingy. The rooms were spacious which is the only upside. There was nothing to hang clothes or towel on in bathroom.I usually stay in a caravan. Although the rooms are tight and beds small, caravans are brighter, cosier and nicer to stay in.

This is a park I have stayed at many times before. probably 10 times over the years, so I know it well.I was disappointed getting to our room and the door being wide open, that was a poor start, then when arriving we start unpacking and my partner says, where is the cot bed? i said, oh for goodness sake, so she calls reception, 1 hour later still nothing (was told 15 minutes we will have it) so called reception again, great, closed. so we had to find a staff member and organise it ourself, very poor of the park. we paid for this, so did expect it there waiting for us, not be chasing.other than that, site is as i always remember it, lovely place to stay. just disappointed reception lied to us. leave a sour taste.

Had a lovely time friendly staff and beautiful location

We’ve just had a fabulous week in the Golden Coast holiday village, the activities for the kids are amazing, the high ropes/climbing wall, outdoor heated pool were fantastic, we will be returning. The only thing I would mention is that there is 1 queue for food and drink, which can take 20 minutes to get from the back to the front..and the connection for contactless payment needs speeding up.. apart from that, the staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful, just need more of them, or a different system at the bar.

This is a wonderful place where everything is perfect, lovely feel to the place , very well organised and there is nothing missing the staff are so professional nothing is too much trouble , from the first step onto the park it is super welcome , the caravan was great and so clean we would like to say thank you for such a wonderful time, keep the good work up . Thank you .

A great holiday, perfect for families

Loads to do...needed another holiday to have a rest.

Holiday with grandchildren 2 teenagers and an 8 year old , plenty to do for both ages easy access for different beaches feel we didn't make the most of the holiday camp would have been better if the 2nd indoor pool had been open as we were quite away from the main hub however beautiful setting

Caravan was spotless, good in site was good…no problems with staff…very good holiday park for families
