Great location and park

Very relaxing

It was very good and the staff were very helpful

Lodge poor ,bedroom doors don't close,no info on lodge,mix match kitchen utensils, not hoovered under beds..dust,crumbs,jigsaw pieces..Tv/WiFi signal poor.Site served purpose for our trip but otherwise very bland site.

Nice site although not as tranquil as described as situated on an airport route but overall a good base for visiting Chester, Cheshire Oaks and Liverpool and good for money. Also had a couple of issues with cleanliness but would revisit.

The lodge was lovely and ideal for our group of 6, and the decking area was very tranquil. The park itself is very well maintained and lovely and quiet.

Great caravan but the photographs on hoseasons don’t do this caravan any justice. A beautiful caravan that has a beautiful big kitchen, en-suite bathroom from one of the bedrooms, pull out sofa bed a big table to sit around and a breakfast bar with stools. In all the bedrooms they have wardrobes. They have bedding, towels, under counter fridge and freezer and a washing machine with dryer.

Nice static on a nice quiet site. Personally I think you would struggle accommodating 8 persons in the colder seasons in the seating / dining area.Unfortunately the park and ride no longer runs but there is a bus stop on the main road. We walked in to Chester though as it was a sunny dry day. Plenty of amenities close by.Would visit again, would recommend.

Central to everything, loverly clean site and beaitiful clean lodge with everything you need? even icecubes and coal for the bbq! I usually take my own utensils etc.. but i needent have bothered as the kitchen was kitted out.. Asda and Aldi just up the road for shopping and only £9 taxi ride into chester city

Perfect in every way.

A good place for a relaxing weekend. Quiet and peaceful just the sound of the birds. As we arrived by train some milk would have been helpfull on arrival but apart from that everything was excellent. We would go again.

As above, just beautiful. The only thing i would say is probably need the 2 seater sofa bed changing to a 3 seater or another arm chair. Just not enough relaxing seating area for 6 adults, and possibly some aircon as it was absolutely boiling...apart from that it was just perfect.

We found the place to be a real bargain and exactly what we needed. If you’re not fussed about nightlife or dining out, it’s a lovely spot to stay!

The caravan was spotless and super cosy, making for a really relaxing stay. We had a lovely break and felt so refreshed afterwards!

Honestly, we didn't expect an en suite toilet and walk-in wardrobe at all! Definitely a surprise.

The stay was decent, but a quieter fridge and it being warmer upon arrival would’ve improved things.

We really enjoyed our stay! The caravan was cosy and had everything we needed, even if we didn’t spend much time inside. It made a great little retreat after busy days out. Would definitely recommend it to others!

Fir trees was a beautiful place to stay. It was peaceful, people on the site were friendly, location was great and we really enjoyed our stay, we did not want to come home. We stayed in a 3 bedroom caravan, which was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. It was clean and easy to access. We had plenty of shops just 2minutes drive down the road (Asda, Tesco and take aways) and it was just a 5/10minute drive in to Chester itself. I can't fault our stay at all, it was just what we needed. Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay here but it would have been good if there had been more information in reception like maps of Chester including parking. Was impressed with the cleanliness of the park and how well the grounds were maintained.

Very nice holiday park with trees surrounding it. Entrance to park was controlled by your key card.

Amazing place to stay, so close to Chester. We visited Chester zoo which was only 10 mins away. Shops are 2 mins away it’s a great place for location. Clean modern caravan, lovely site with friendly people.

Just back from a fabulous stay at Fir Trees. Lovely peaceful site and well equipped, spotlessly clean caravan with tree sheltered veranda which was welcomed in the recent heatwave! Located just over 2 miles walk from Chester City centre we used as a base to drive to Wales and to get train to Liverpool and Manchester for day trips. Taxi is around £8 to train station from the site.

Fantastic stay, location was perfect for our weekend away. Really enjoyed the surroundings was peaceful, relaxing and well maintained.

Lovely quite site…very well keep…but only 5 mins away from a retail park with lots of shops to choose from should you need them, also if it’s walking you like you have the river Dee just down the lane took us 50mins to walk into Chester

The site is well kept and quiet. The caravan was excellent and very clean. The location was easy to get to Liverpool or North Wales for day's out and local attractions. Chester has a brilliant zoo.

Perfect for our purpose.visiting my granddaughter who is at university in Chester and lives on cheney road so only 5 minutes away. Lovely site well kept and quiet. Perfect ?
