Great holiday getaway everything on the site to fill your day or go to the beach.

Easy access to other part of Yorkshire easy to find would definitely recommend will be back site very clean and tidy

A peaceful off season break at a very good price. The apartment was compact and comfortable with everything we needed. The site was quiet but obviously well maintained with beach access and pleasant surroundings.The pool was a bonus and although it was a little run down it was all clean and warm.The Beauty Room was a lovely experience. I highly recommend booking in with Vanessa who is professional and calm as well as very well priced.

Beautiful accoamdation Just missing a few bits 1 chair table on seats 7 and it's for 8 I get this might be space for a highchair but we had 8 people Toaster is only a 2 slicer which on a Morning takes ages when 8 people Bonus slow cooker we used & made a curry

Perfect family place to stay.Gail was the housekeeper who prepared our stay, and it was pretty spotless! The beach hut is perfect for the whole family, and it is great that it is pet friendly. Walkable to the beach. And nice to light the fire when the kids go to bed!

Great spacious building. However only one radiator to heat kitchen, dining and Lounge area. Also lacking cleaness in same area (cobwebs everywhere and food crumbs down sid of settees. Settees could do with changing, due to pads bottoming out.

Super apartment and great location for many of the local resorts .

The beach house was lovely, comfy, cosy and well equipped. No mention in the description that it had ensuite, a log burner, dishwasher and washer dryer. We stayed in Dec and really enjoyed it.

The accommodation was tired and in places dirty, mouldy dishwasher, dirty chairs and sofa and there wasn't enough plates, cups, cutlery for 4 people. The bathroom was tired hole in the bath and the water was not hot enough

Our cottage was lovely but it was for 5 adults and we only haved 2 bedrooms one was very large the other had a single bed and bunk beds not ideal for 5 adults

The perfect place to stay - the cottage was perfect.

The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. King size bed was really comfy and a great shower. It was a little worn, some scuff marks on the walls and one of the kitchen cupboard doors was missing but nothing that could spoil our stay. It felt cosy and was a home from home

Lovely lodge at the side on the lake with virtually everything you need for a great break. The second bedroom was a little tight but did have good size single beds. No grill pan or tongues and the tv remotes had a mind of their own. These are just niggles and didn't impact our stay. Would definitely return.

Several of the fittings were broken (chairs, dining tables, dishwasher, radiator in kids room). Most got fixed or didn’t bother us but not idealAlso a little small for 4 people. Only 1 sofa and chair which we fit on but not really great for relaxing in.

Everything was perfect. Apartment was spacious and well planned. Having the outdoor garden access was a bonus, as was the king size bed. Beautifully equipped.

Chalet wasn’t clean, lacked sufficient crockery and cutlery and definitely needed a topper on the mattress.

The amenities within the cottage we stayed in were great with plenty of space and storage available. The cottage could have done with some decorating and updating of furniture (sofa in particular) but was clean and ideal for our needs. The beds were comfy too.

The cottage was very clean, beautiful little decor, came with all facilities you need I.e. kitchen equipment massive fridge freezer although the freezer does need deicing. Personally we think the shower needs a separate handheld hose aswell as the overhead waterfall. I know this is preference but this is what we would prefer.

As per earlier, the mattress on the double bed needs replacing but otherwise the lodge was lovely

Very good facilities, clean and comfortable accommodation

Although this apartment was ideally situated. We had issues with flies all week at 1 point we counted 13 in just one place. When I raised this on day 1 I was told there was nothing they could do as it was caused by the farmers in the local area turning over the fields. All they could do is offer us a sticky strip to try and catch them. Once I bought some fly spray we dealt with it ourselves. (If it is a known issue why are there no nets on the windows to stop them getting in. Expecting us to have to deal with either the flies or just a really warm apartment due to he heat I did not think was acceptable as an answer)The toilet in the ensuite wouldn't flush properly they did send someone to fix it but it carried on running after the flush had happened unless you pressed the button in again.
