Would have got higher rating if kitchen had been better equipped

Excellent lodges very clean and spacious too. First time we have stayed in a Lodge and we were not disappointed it was lovely

Olive caravan 2 was great,Only downside was that the travel cot provided didnt fit in any of the bedrooms, meaning a baby would have to sleep in the livingroom are where there are no beds for adult

Excellent for a comfortable short break, with good views of the area

Caravan was lovely and comfortable only thing was very cold that was with heating on but staff where helpful when we asked for extra blankets

Van was clean and tidy and fairly warm though could do with the heating element of sitting room fire to be able to be controlled by hiring customer. Maybe also a lamp or two would not go amiss.

Beautiful caravan

Booked few nights for friends 50th birthday and we had a fantastic time. The girl who welcomed us when we arrived was lovely, the accommodation was great. We had a log cabin which was fantastic in size, and beds were very comfortable. Loved the welcome pack and towels!! Used the facilities on the Saturday which was nice and relaxing. We visited Birnam and Dunkeld both days and enjoyed popping into all the shops and picking up some nice presents and of course enjoyed the cafes, pubs and restaurants on offer! We would definitely visit again

Spacious lounge and kitchen everything you need for a home from home. Smart tv a bonus. Good heating system which kept caravan at a nice temperature.

The kitchen equipment, cutlery and crockery could do with an overhaul and upgrade. It’s helpful that towels and bedding are provided.The bed was comfortable, tho’ the bedding could be renewed, and the shower efficient.The Smart TV is good.

Lovely Lodge, I think I got a great deal this year, I have looked for next year but much more expensive, the hot tub area could maybe have a fence/gate so that the dogs are contained in this area, but overall the lodge was great

Cannot fault the lodge at all… it was perfect from start to finish. The hot tub was just amazing. Myself and husband were only in it the twice but we thoroughly needed it. I would recommend this lodge for any couple needing a break away… lodge also had wifi in it as well. The remote control on bedroom for tv was needing batteries

Great van with great facilities. Lots of space for our family. Set out really well and the quality of the fittings etc were spot on. Everything worked perfectly and the van was nice and cosy very quickly after a day exploring.

The caravan was clean and comfortable, the shower was very good, powerful but could do with some mould removed from the sealant. It was great to have a sink and toilet in the double room, plenty of storage throughout, a full size oven, good microwave. We did have to request additional plates and cutlery as there was insufficient. The welcome pack was very helpful.

Lovely lodge .. clean and modern facilities.. and very spacious

Needs more crockery as only two mugs, plates etc meaning you need to wash dishes so you've got clean ones for the next meal! Dishwasher was a bit obsolete because of this.

Was only there 3 day but the location is great on the River Tay along with easy access to various location in Perth and Kinross, on the A9 and handy train station

Filthy Lodge and way overpriced! Will definitely not be back.

Excellent relaxing and entertaining holiday

The Olive Caravan was perfect for our party of 2 adults, a child and a dog! The site offers free WiFi but we found it inadequate and ended up using our own data for our two day trip, although this didn't bother us as we were there to do activities that didnt involved the internet!The shower head adjustment was broken but otherwise plenty of hot water with good pressure. Overall a fabulous stay in great accomodation.

The caravan was very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. It was lovely and warm (we went in winter) and the shower worked well. Thanks!

We stayed 3 nights in the Olive Caravan from 5th to 8th January. Although it was very cold outside the caravan was cosy. It was spotless, comfortable and well equipped with a lot of storage space. Dunkeld is a lovely town with good shops, restaurants and hotels and we enjoyed lovely walks along the river. The park was in an attractive setting. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay there and would be happy to book a caravan or lodge there again.

Very disappointed. Have been visiting Erigmore for around 7 years. The lodge and facility's have significantly gone down hill. The lodge was not very clean and all furnishings significantly worn and rundown. The same Sofas and Pillows etc from 7 years ago. The price fir the lodge has also doubled with clearly no investment in the property. I would not recommend nor will I go back.

The lodge is very well appointed, and in a lovely location. minor negative points, we were four adults yet only two toilet rolls, a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets, no toiletries soap etc and no cleaning products (not even a toilet brush). Very inconveniently we had to travel into Dunkeld yo buy the basics, toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs and bleach.

Erigmore is a fantastic place. This was our first visit & it won't be our last. The minute we arrived the level of service & interest from the team was first class nothing was too much trouble. The bar & restaurant area was friendly, extremely welcoming & Jackson & his team were first class. We ate in the restaurant three evenings & the food was excellent.

Fabulous in every way. Our caravan was total luxury. Could have done with few more trees planted in front of our caravan, as our view from it was work yard. But in no way did it spoil things, it’s just a suggestion.

Picture on website was nothing like the lodge we stayed in. However lodge was nice but we had two main issues, worst being that the French doors did not lock securely. Secondly, there was an overall lack of attention to detail, curtains not hung properly, blinds hanging down on one side, light switches and door frames dirty, so early in the season too.There was no instructions on how to use sound system or fire. Staff on site were very helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant was ok, menu limited but probably a leftover from Covid. Salmon was undercooked one day. It's in a perfect position for exploring the area and Dunkeld was a thriving village.

We had a lovely 4 night stay. We were greeted by a kind member of staff at the main house who also gave us a courtesy call to make sure everything was okay with our accommodation. We asked for a broom and mop which was brought by a staff member the next day. Gorgeous walks right on our doorstep. Really impressed with all the mod cons available in the kitchen and only lacked a tin opener

Lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. So many things to do locally. The caravan ideal for our needs and the bed was extra comfy! We will be returning! We didn’t use the facilities on site so can’t comment

My partner and I had such a lovely time, private set in great surroundings with all the necessary home comforts and the hot tub, all in all I would recommend this place as a wonderful base to explore some of Scotland’s under promoted gems or just to escape into the privacy of your own company.

Erigmore is a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately we tested positive for covid during our stay so spent 4 out of 3 days in the caravan. The caravan was fabulous and everything we needed. Would love to go back and discover more of the area. Definitely a great place to visit.

Lovely place, bar needs to be dog friendly

Great place to stay and lots to see in surrounding area. Cabin dog friendly with Hot Tub was excellent all you need for a great holiday.

Our Spa lodge 1 with hot tub was absolutely stunning, really modern and comfortable too. Hot tub was well maintained on daily basis. In beautiful surroundings and very close to the main building. Even had red squirrels coming to the balcony to visit daily. All the staff were lovely but seemed to be under a lot of pressure but were always courteous and never let it affect our service. A few wee easy things that would things even better. Within the lodge,the nest of tables and lovely glass table were gorgeous but there were no coasters or table mats to protect these. Also oven gloves, tea towel and an initial small supply of hand soap would have been nice touch. These things were very small but are easy to rectify. All in all, we had an amazing time and will def be back.
