It had everything what we wanted. Nice decking area with all furnitures. Beautiful open plan kitchen. En-suite for master bedroom. Actually there is a separate office room. It is good for working too.

The only thing that needs sorting are the blinds. A lot of them need repairing which is quite easy to do as we have them at home.

Our only criticism of the cabin would be that the shower cubicle was small. But everything else was very good. Sofas and double bed very comfortable. We didn't use the second bedroom so couldn't comment on the twin beds. Our dog felt very relaxed here as well which isn't always the case with him.

I did contact you via email to express my disappointment in the cleanliness and standards of my accommodation. No one has got back to me which is highly disappointing! to find a used nappy and soiled clothing in the accommodation, along with dirt around the shower and broken glass. in addition to this, the standard of the lodge was well below the advertised standard. Broken decking and fencing, holes in wall from fittings that have been taken down, and furniture scratched and old. Very disappointed with the offering, and then lack of communication post travel.

We arrived at the holiday park to find that the caravan we had booked was not ready for me and my family to check in to even though we arrived after the check in time of 4pm. We had been in the car travelling for over 4 hours with a 2 year old who was hungry and needed changing. The cleaners left the caravan at 5.25pm which is the point at which we could finally enter and start unpacking our shopping which should have been put in the fridge / freezer and had started defrosting at this point.Once we entered the caravan, we found that the beds were not made which we later were told was due to a contract change. We were very disappointed after we'd been waiting so long for our caravan to be cleaned that we would have to do this ourselves as when we booked the holiday online, the website stated that the beds would be made on arrival. After just checking, it does still state beds are made.The duvet was folded and had numerous blood stains on it and the mattress protector was covered in yellow stains, possibly urine.We found a large dead moth on the window netting, a dead daddy long legs on the carpet, a food stain on the coffee table, cutlery and dishes which were dirty with leftover food, more blood stains on the curtains in the main living area and the general state of the carpets looked grim with stains and crumbs present.Fortunately, a lady at the Reception provided us with outstanding customer service and brought us a new duvet and mattress protector. She explained how there had been several problems that day due to a lack of cleaners because of an issue with work contracts which was obviously not her fault.The experience we received upon arriving at the holiday park, from the very late check in time to the appalling state we found the caravan in, to be completely unacceptable and disgusting.I am still awaiting a response to numerous emails

As l said cutlery and plates were not clean as food remnants were on them. It is a very comfortable caravan and we enjoyed our stay

The Lodge is really spacious, we loved the layout and the bathrooms are new and modern. The outdoor area is lovely but not immensely private so maybe ask if this will concern you. For the price it was excellent. You don't get many spacious lodges like this so great for families and children.

Really enjoyed the stay. The caravan was a bit snug in the bedroom areas. Equipment that came with the van was good. Could have been cleaned a bit more and welcome back was a bit thin. Location fab really close to Guildford and London. Staff amazing and gym fab!

There are around 240 lodges on this site, yet you wouldn't think it, as it is so peaceful. It's tucked away just past the village of Albury, close to Silent Pool gin distillery. The lodge we had was dog-friendly and overlooked the Surrey Hills. We were lucky to have this particular lodge as it was on the edge of the site, in a position where our reactive dog would not be too disturbed. The lodge itself was very spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It had everything we could need in the kitchen. There were a couple of housekeeping issues, but nothing that spoilt our stay, and I advised the staff upon checkout so they will get things sorted for the next visitors. This is a great site for anyone with a dog or who enjoys walking. There are two public footpaths that lead out from the site, taking you into the Surrey Hills. You could literally walk for miles all day from the site. We didn't use the facilities, but the swimming pool looked lovely. There's a shop on site which looked like it had most things that you could run out of on a holiday, including dairy free milks. The staff were lovely, and the site is very clean and well kept. We are certainly planning on coming back to stay.

The lodge itself was spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. However some of the furniture in the lounge needed updating or has seen better days. The sofa was stained as was the carpet and the dining table was broken as was one of the blinds. I pointed this out to the staff baring in mind I paid a security deposit. I must point out the lodge I stayed in was not a park run lodge. The decking outside was nice with comfortable furniture. Car parking was good although the entrance was in a different area to it's neighbours which was confusing on arrival. WiFi was good.

Had everything we need, outdoor furniture was not clean so I didn’t use them otherwise lodge was spotless.

Beautiful caravan on a lovely caravan site, swimming pool, outdoor park and tennis court was great fun. Shop on site is small but has the essentials. Cafe food and drinks were tasty and all staff very friendly!

Lovely quiet location Well spaced accommodation

We had a fantastic time here. Great facilities, quiet park was perfect for my two autistic children. Staff were all friendly and genuine. We will definitely be back.

The holiday Park is very quiet and very well maintained. The pool was perfect, we often had it to ourselves and the tennis court was a bonus. We love this park.

Surrey Hills is a great destination for wonderful walks and nice pubs with good food. We loved the setting of the park which looks well-maintained with lots of large trees and planting. The caravan was indeed comfortable and well-equipped. The staff handled any of our questions in a very friendly and helpful way. We had a lovely time and will be back.
