We stayed in Penny Lodge for a couple of nights and honestly, it was fantastic. The privacy was spot onand the place looked stunning both inside and out. The views over the countryside were breathtakingand having our own private hot tub was definitely the highlight. Beds comfy, towels fluffyand the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Loved it!

We absolutely love staying here! The lodges are always spotless and super cosy, with everything we need. The whole park is kept in top shape, which makes a big difference. The owners are lovely and always ready to help. We've been coming back for years nowand it’s always fantastic!

We had a lovely stay at Penny Lodge in Coastal Lodges. The place was spotless and quite charming, with a really unique play area that the kids loved. The lodge itself was beautifully decoratedand you could tell the hosts put a lot of thought into the details. The covered hot tub was a real highlight-so private and perfect, rain or shine. We’d definitely come back!

The owners were nearby if we needed them, though we didn’t. It’s such a private spot, we’re already planning to come back soon!

We’ve been to the Little Owl lodge three times now and it never disappoints. Every little detail is thought ofand it’s perfect for coastal walks and exploring. We always feel at home here and will definitely return again soon. Love it!

This is the second time we have visited and it was every bit as stunning as we remember the first time. We stayed in Willoughby Lodge which is stunning and lots to see and do locally. Definitely recommend.

Dugan coastal lodges was great and Sue is so welcoming! We booked a 3 night stay and we’re sent information from Sue about our stay. I was able to email about a couple of questions before arriving and got a quick response back. The location of the lodge is ideal for exploring during the day and peace and quiet when you want it! We enjoyed a drive to durham for some food and a day out at Seaham beach collecting sea glass. 100% would recommend a stay here!

Beautiful lodge . Everything perfect

A first class lodge in a great location for both peace and quiet and nearness to surrounding areas to visit. Always spotlessly clean and has everything you need at hand. Also benefits from a large hot tub to unwind in after a long day sightseeing. Owners are very helpful and friendly and the lovely welcome gifts were very much appreciated after a long drive. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Just spent a wonderful weekend at these fabulous Lodges, Stayed in Willoughby Lodge, everything was just fabulous, the setting, the Lodge itself, and the lovely welcome pack which was awaiting us. This was to celebrate my Birthday with our Friends, and we will definitely return we were made very welcome when we arrived and shown where everything was. Will highly recommend.

Beautiful spot and lovely accommodation! I would have liked a pouffe and tissues in the lounge and bedrooms and bone china mugs if you are a serious tea drinker!!! Perfect to celebrate my special birthday and I would definitely visit again so thankyou it was wonderful.

Penny lodge was an ideal place to go to get away from it all . Nice relaxing four days . The lodge itself was immaculate and well equipped. Comfortable beds and showers were roomy . Would re visit in the future.
