Main thing that stands of from our arrival is the friendliness of the staff. They go above and beyond to give you a warm welcome.The accommodation was really nice and clean. Comfortable beds, very modern interior, everything you could need is there.The only downfall for us was the hot tub. There was no light at the side so if you’re going in at night you have to have a torch as it is pitch black. The hot tub wasn’t very clean and when we turned the jets on they didn’t really work very well other then push bits of black muck into the hot tub. Of the hot tub issues where resolved this place would be perfect. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

A clean and fairly modern caravan; the living space is fine for a family of 6 and whilst the bedrooms are small it's to be expected from a caravan and the beds were comfortable.The caravan has a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer which made for a more comfortable stay.The hot tub was clean and checked everyday. It was during this time that we asked if the temperature could be increased which is was with not questions asked.

We stayed a week at Croft Country ParkCaldey 3 (Number: S002) . It’s value for money at the low season discounted price but not in original price. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the weekdays as we are assigned at the end of the park however it’s noisy in the weekend with a family move in next to us which is because the bad sound insulation or the caravan are positioned too closed. In general, the staff are friendly and very responsive, good facilities, 2 of us booked a 3 room caravan with private hot tub, the size is good for us and hot tub is safe to use as it’s checked daily. The next door kids were watching us using the hot tub over their window if you don’t mind. We like the gym and the indoor warm pool if the opening hours of gym can be extended to out of office hour and the pool can be limited to a smaller group of people.Down side : Allowed 18 pax for a small pool where the size is only enough for you to stand in the pool so it doesn’t matter you book it or not. Use the pool when not crowded is perfect. Requested to change the pan which is not safe to use as it’s badly scratched with the visible layer peeling off however it has been replaced by another scratched pan so we gave up.The ventilation fan in shower room doesn’t work even after fixed. And you can feel the stain on the wall/ edge and dust/ sand at the bottom of the private hot tub which is still useable when we treated it as a public hot tub but it’s a bit disappointed

Unfortunately the cleanliness and general hygiene of our caravan was not up to standard for the cost of holiday, not the 4* expected

Lovely site if you want peace and quiet. Set in the countryside, all you can hear are the birds and the occasional cows. Hot tub is lively. It would benefit from being screened off from the next door neighbour though. We didn't eat in the restaurant but our neighbour did and said they weren't overly impressed given the cost. There is a small indoor heated pool wh8ch is bookable in 30 min slots. We didn't use it but it looked nice. We had a luxury caravan with hot tub. On first impressions it looked lovely. There were a few niggles such as coat hooks on the bathroom doors hanging off snd the main bedroom door had sustained some kind of damage previously, leaving a hole next to the door handle. The blinds in the bathroom had some bent slats. It all worked fine but just spoilt the appearance of a lovely holiday home. The attention to detail just wasn't there. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday. Plenty of places to visit around the area. Wildlife park nearby. Wetlands centre an hour away. Theme park close by and plenty of lovely beaches such as Tenby, Saundersfoot, Wisemans Bridge, Little Haven to name a few.

Lovely caravan, bit worn in places but had everything we needed. Caravan was clean and tidy and hot tub was lovely.

Lovely site, great location from which to explore Pembrokeshire

Lovely, clean and plenty of appliances, two showers and bathrooms is a bonus tooVery good value

There was an issue with the bed but once reported was dealt with straightaway. Tv didn’t work at all but only realised on our last evening there

Lovely, quiet park

Lovely accommodation. Very nice restaurant and bar. Pool was great. We went in April and the site was nice and quite. Recommend a drive to Tenby and saundersfoot nearby

Fantastic caravan with everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of curtains in the front which meant it felt colder especially with the high winds we had, and also the lack of being able to partly open the front blinds due to the cord being broken

Decking needs updated and lock fixed

Caravan was a spacious interior. Master bedroom has own toilet and shower and another toilet and shower for the second bedroom. Dishwasher, washing machine,, fridge freezer and other electrical appliances.

Ramsey 2 with hot tub, clean and good size hot tub for wife and I, just a shame about the weather,

Would be great if carvan had hocks for towels and coat and a mat as you come in through the door. But over all great stay lovely carvan hot tub lovely bonus

Lovely relaxing weekend.

We were allocated a different caravan to the Ramsey 2 we booked, but it worked out very well for us because we had an extra bedroom

Had a lovely stay. The onsite facilities were very good and the location ideal for exploring Pembrokeshire. We found the restaurant a bit pricey and the menu limited, but obviously there was no commitment to eat there and we found some very nice eateries in the local area. We plan to return next year.

Roomy Lodge & clean , could do with a few upgrades, bin in bathroom very rusty , no ironing board , batteries need changing in remotes. Was lovely to have hot tub & was positioned perfectly but maybe needs updating as not very powerful

The caravan is well laid out, clean and spacious. Enough space between neighbours to not feel on top of each other and well thought out outdoor spaces.

A quiet location that helps you relax. Hot tub was fabulous, a well maintained park and the Skomer 3 accommodation was of a high standard!

Lovely relaxing holiday . Could just do with some directions to avoid some of the really narrow roads. A bit more choice for menu. But cant fault the staff or park

For peace and quiet perfect , good location to get to various attractions and the beach

The park was very clean and quiet, the only down side of the park was in our opinion, there was no shop for essentials, the nearest shop was a drive away, apart from that everything was excellent, our lodge was of a very high standard the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Close to Tenby and saundersfoot

Pool staff was great

We had a great stay here in July 2022. The facilities were exactly what we needed, a small clean pool, a park for the children. It was perfect base to explore West Wales.

Great holiday the park was brilliant with the swimming pool and a restaurant on site very clean and tidy just what we wanted

We had a lovely time here and at noble court. Our caravan had a slight issue but the staff were on hand to upgrade us quickly to try and sort the problem. Overall the location, cleanliness and facilities were excellent. The use of both the heated outdoor pool at noble and cooler indoor pool at croft was excellent during the hot weather. The staff were beyond helpful. We will return.

This has to be the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. The caravan smelt amazing everything was so clean the hot tub was ace. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. We will come again
