Lovely clean site . All lodges lovely. Although we had a problem with our heating they sorted it and moved us straight away.

Broken electric fire, gap all around front door meaning very drafty and freezing at night! Only 1 toilet roll provided for 6 people for 4 days.

Really bad nothing open in the park all the time work men walking around drilling and fixing borad walk. Rides not open . Hot tun to hot we turn it down yous kept turning it up . Ask if yous was doing food to be told there is no chief. Do we want chips and cheeses . 4 years we have be coming here we won't be bk

Other than the ant problem( which was dealt with brilliantly by the staff on site) the accommodation was top notch

All in all we did had a lovely stay here but it wasn’t without issues. Firstly, the accommodation was excessively hot when we arrived as all windows were shut- maybe in future when the caravans have been cleaned ready for people to arrive to leave the windows open. Being a caravan designed for children I found the windows having no restrictors on a massive issue as 1) my son is only 2 and doesn’t understand the danger of climbing out of windows 2) whilst we relax in the hot tub someone could easily access the children’s bedroom from the outside 3) it meant the windows had to be closed causing my son to overheat and be quite violently sick on our first night. The front door lock was also a ‘twist to unlock’ design so we had to wedge chairs behind the front door to make sure our son didn’t get out through the night. There were also no child-locks on cupboards so he was able to keep pulling everything out which was rather stressful. So it was quite an anxious experience for us. But the caravan was lovely and clean with lots of space. The sooty and sweep accents around the caravan were a really fun addition for the children and the hot tub was a much needed addition for the parents. We would definitely like to return but maybe when our son is older so we don’t have so much to worry about!

Had some issues with the hot tub which meant we couldn’t use it as required as too cold.

Had a great safe fun holiday!

Beautiful place nice location shop facilities limited and kids meals are on the small side but other than that would visit again

Amazingly comfortable beds and pillows, very clean on arrival.
Nice big hot tub appropriate for the size of the lodge.
All staff were so helpful and friendly on site and in the amusement park. A great place for a family holiday.

Beach House was very well equipped with everything you might need.

WiFi very poor at the start of the week but had improved by the end. We were at the edge of the site I believe the connection was better nearer the reception area.

Amazing holiday! Everything was perfect from check in, lodge, hot tub, theme park. Would not hesitate to book again.

A lovely family time with loads to do for the kids and the accommodation was excellent especially loved the hot tub which can be used in all weather

Beach house was lovely, private hot tub was fab & well maintained, would definitely stay there again 😃

It was a perfect location, easy to get to, friendly staff and perfect to go away with friends

Overall we had a lovely stay and would like to come back again when the grandparents visit from New Zealand

We got a reduced price for the weekend which made it excellent value. It would no be good value at full price.

The weekend away was fantastic apart from the lodge next to us having a party with very load music until 2am.
Warden was called and did arrive to ask them to stop.
Can’t blame Crealy meadows for guests who don’t consider others.
Apart from the neighbours the weekend was 10/10, perfect place for a young family

Lovely place, would definitely stay again. The only criticism would be the carpets could do with a good clean, but it was the end of the season and probably had a lot of traffic.

There seemed to be loads of wasps, my husband got stung whilst making a coffee! We couldn’t leave the doors to the hot tub open.

This was such a beautiful place, peaceful and relaxing while at the same time plenty to do. Would definitely go again

Excellent clean and good facilities for all

We purchased wrist bands for the duration of our stay which were great value (two adults and two children) However it would have been nice if grandparents could have gone in too without having to purchase a ticket, (or at least discounted) seeing as they wouldn't go on any rides and the other outlets all incur an extra cost anyway (arcades, cafe, etc). This is my only criticism.

All had a brilliant time. The lodge was very clean and fully equipped.

Lovely lodge clean and everything you need to cater for yourself, park is lovely and very well maintained by the friendly and helpful staff was quite expensive considering you had to pay extra to use the theme park but everyone enjoyed themselves by

It was a great holiday ,took our two grandchildren and they said it was the best holiday ever !! Lovely lodge with hot tub that was very clean,modern and well equipped,I was over the moon with a utility room and washing machine. The theme park was a short walk away definitely worth buying the wristbands for the duration. Plenty to visit within an hours drive ,with different venues close by .
