Lovely chalet perfect for a break. Nice and clean in a beautiful location with fantastic views.

Stayed in a Pod. It was an excellent short break in great surroundings with friendly staff. The only suggestion is that I would have happily paid extra for a basket with complementary tea/coffee/milk and shower gel/soap etc. Very clean, quiet, warm and cosy accommodation. The welcome gift box for my dog was great and a lovely touch. Definitely recommend, and will stay again if in the area.

Lovely little clean pod with a cute hot tub on the side. Situated on the edge of the park in rows of them, next to the touring units. The pod has a comfortable bed, has a good size TV, has a fantastic size bathroom considering and comes with all the kitchen utensils you need.

Really cost for what we paid for. Hot tub was ready for us when we arrived, comfy bed and nice chilled out sofa are. Shower room was perfect.

We be recommending to everyone of my friends and family 10/10

Only problem was the mattresses everything else was good

This was a lovely, well maintained caravan and the hot tub was reallt nice. However, some basics were missing that we feel really shouldn't have been - hand soap, oven gloves, a bath mat, coasters... The lack of these small items really is an oversight as far as we were concerned.

Lovely holidayOnly reason I put average for cleanliness was there was a lot if spiders inside the caravan, apart from that everything was good.

Cobwebs found under electric heater in living room. Washroom small fir someone who is 6ft. Furniture and curtains good quality and clean.

Myself and my husband stayed in the 2 bed platinum with our 6 month old and we absolutely loved it! It was incredibly clean everything looked new. We would definitely recommend and would return!

The caravan is the nicest I’ve stayed in. Immaculately clean for our arrival. Even bin bag, dish soap and scourer left for us (you don’t get that often, a nice personal touch)

Beautiful lodge- looked brand new!! Was very spacious and tasteful… bath was an added bonus and the bed and sofas comfy….. lots of storage space and great sized fridge freezer…. There was even a washing machine and dishwasher which wasn’t listed ( wish we’d known so we could have brought cleaning products) although a couple of dishwasher tablets were provided. Would definitely stay here again- highly recommended

Again this was one of the lodges we booked as a big group of us could celebrate my dads 70th birthday. Stunning lodge. Had everything we needed and the hot tub was lovely after a busy day. Would highly recommend staying here. The surrounding area is just lovely too.

We had a really lovely 4 night stay. The staff were friendly, the caravan was immaculate and looked brand new. Loved the hot tub, it was ready to jump in as soon as we arrived and was hot. We did a great walk on Lindisfarne and went for an excellent curry in Coldstream. Definitely recommend thanks

Beautiful caravan. Had everything we needed. There was an issue with the hot water one morning and the staff came up and fixed it straight away.

First time staying in the platinum 2, we stayed in the platinum 3 previously and it's the exact same model just minus a bedroom. Clean & modern with everything you need. Hot tub was toasting and we had partial views of the river tweed from our decking.

Perfect! Absolutely everything you’d need for a relaxing break. I did swither on booking this due to it being a caravan, as I remember staying in caravans years ago and them being freezing. However, this was just lovely, warm and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. It was really tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean! I think we might have been the first to stay in this particular caravan. There really isn’t a single negative I could say but I could add small improvements such as a blackout blind in the bedroom and some kind of blind or curtain on the door but these are trivial and certainly can manage without.The hot tub was great and the wee fairy lights around the fence was a nice wee touch. My only gripe would be that the fence around the hot tub is not tall enough to keep you private. While in the hot tub it’s fine but getting in and out, which is when you feel most vulnerable, you are rather exposed to the other guests. Would defo recommend and will absolutely return.

pod had all needed 2 hobs, fridge with box freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster... Also has iron and iron board. everything with pod was good apart from bed.Hot tub surrounded by fence but only about 3ft could do with being higher and covered for more privacy... someone in the caravan had a good idea they took their own gazebo to go over the hot tub but as this was 1st time going were unaware of this.

Lodge was brand new no complaints

Modern accomodation & still looks like new. Cleaned to a good standard & smelt lovely when we arrived. Kitchen is well equipped & has a good sized fridge freezer. Hot tub was toasting. Can't wait to return.

Family break , 2 adults a 16 year old and a 5 year old ,perfect place to stay and explore the Borders and beyond. Accommodation immaculate, hot tub at night , just what you need to relax after long walks . Short walk into Coldstream itself with shops and cafes. Bonus local Garage petrol price was one of the best I’ve seen lately .. we will definitely be back …

I absolutely would recommend this holiday park, we had a fantastic holiday and made great memories. The staff on site were so friendly and the park was very well maintained. The pod was modern and had everything we needed and was also very clean. Coldstream High Street is a 5 minute walk and has a really good play park. Look forward to returning again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. Really good value for money and the staff were great. The perfect, relaxing break with lots of things to do as a family nearby.

We stayed in caravan no.1 which was brand new ...we were the first people in. No furniture on the decking which was a shame as the weather was really good. The hot tub needed screening as very close to neighbours. However a very good holiday was enjoyed...location excellent.

The park is very well kept and its nice and quiet. Being fairly new everything looks great. Staff are really nice and welcoming. I would say it's a good 10 - 15 minute walk into Coldsteam if you are a senior as we both are. We were lucky with the weather and got sunshine at the front of the pod all day. There is a picnic bench outside each pod but we took our own folding chairs to sit outside. There must be hundreds of trees been planted around the site which is encouraging to see and will enhance the site as they grow.

We spent a lovely relaxing 5 days here, the staff were friendly and helpful, the site was so clean and tidy. If you are looking for some down time to relax, spend walking and visit some beautiful places, this is the perfect place and we will definitely be recommending it to others. It’s a 15 minute walk into the centre of Coldstream where you will find many places to visit and eat in.

Our first visit to this area and the holiday park itself. Good location, right next to the town for shops and other amenities. Main road is busy but quietens at night so no issues there. Greeted by friendly staff at reception who were very efficient and pleasant.
