Very poor resort standard

Chalet was plenty big enough everything you need was included and was clean some furniture was basic utility really doesn't affect the stay. The kids beds were comfortable ours was a bit worn/mattress not great but it was clean but still great value for money plenty of space for clothes etc.

On the positive side, the location is excellent for accessing popular Cornwall destinations like Newquay, St. Ives, and Padstow, as it's close to the A30. The cottage was spacious and clean, but it could benefit from the addition of WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The mattress is quite old and not particularly comfortable. Regarding common facilities, the booking system (e.g., for the swimming pool) can be inconvenient, as it is sometimes fully booked when checking the day before. The whole place looks a bit tired, so some renovations would greatly enhance its appeal.

Nice cottage for family clean tidy quiet surroundings

Lovely house, very clean,but tired in places a few things need replacing. No shop on site and the pub was closed! You will need to drive to get anywhere.

Good location however our property needed maintenance tired decor doors and windows leaking on the carpets upstairs, Holes in the back of the sofas. Decking was all uneven and broken.

Very clean and a great space. Well equipped kitchen. Could benefit from Wi-Fi!

The chalet was lovely but the windows needed cleaning and the mattresses were very cheap spring mattresses that were not comfortable at all. If the mattresses and pillows were better (firmer) quality then it would have been a 9-10 score all round.

Lovely holiday, clean, comfortable and well I presented holiday home. My only issue was that a couple of weeks before our holiday we were informed that there was no longer children's entertainment at the site!

Brilliant accommodation, but the kitchen facilities could be improved. No pizza slice, tea towels or cleaning cloths were available, and the dishwasher was broken.

Accommodation was the the only good thing

The only thing was the hot tub temperature was too hot at 103 degrees when mild atmosphere,otherwise great,

The accommodation was excellent, cannot fault it. Our only suggestion would be to have some coat hooks fitted & to supply 2 sets of keys as with 8 guests we were not always going out to the same place.

The 2 bed chalet we stayed in was OK, had obviously had a lot of wear and tear over the season and was mostly clean except every carpet was coated in white dog hairs and this was a non pet chalet(we could not bring our dog as no pet friendly chalets were available) , which was not ideal with a baby as we could not put her down without getting covered in hairs, despite hoovering 3 times. Cooking was challenging as the knives weren't sharp, the cooker and hob took an age to heat up, the grill didn't work, the toaster only heated one side, leaving one side burnt and the other cold. However it provided a warm, dry base for us to sleep in and the microwave and TV worked.

would not stay at Atlantic reach again ot recommend to anyone.

After many trips to Atlantic reach with friends and family we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We love the place and the staff are the friendliest I have ever met

Great location for getting out and about in Cornwall but the actual resort is a little run down and could do with a general tidy up and a lick of paint. Also the children’s entertainment is not so organised and engaging as at other resorts that we have experienced. As stated above -

As I’ve said above . We enjoy staying at Atlantic reach but it’s looking a little jaded and they need to make sure that the grass, gardens outside etc are maintained!

Good comfortable clean base for exploring all Cornwall has to offer.

It was a fantastic place my only negatives would be the teen den the machines where constantly breaking and over the 6 days we only saw someone to help us once. It would also be nice to have some lounge chairs on the site so you could go and sunbathe without leaving the site.

This was a great base for our holiday. The facilities were great and we're clean and tidy. The only thing is the house we had is showing its age and needs maintainance. The floor tile in the bathroom loose, edges of the kitchen cabinets pealing off, sink loose in the bathroom and furniture was broken. A little bit of TLC would make 10 out of 10.

Site was good very quite the staff were friendly very easy to get to newquay and surrounding activities the 4 bed house was outstanding very clean plenty of room for whole family to have bathroom facilties Cooking equipment and crockery for 8 persons Would highly recommend a visit
