The Heron lodge was fantastic, it had everything we needed including kitchen essentials. Very dog friendly and clean. The free standing bath was great! The only improvement would have been a hot tub ???? however some of the other lodges offer a hot tub!

The sofas were awful and couldn’t relax on them which was a nightmare when there’s nothing to do on the site other than feed the ducks. There was absolutely no wifi either so it felt like we were trapped all weekend. Hot tub was great and distances from others was great but apart from that, at this time of year, very poo value for money

Our understanding this is going to have a bit of a face-lift soon. However it was comfortable and suited our needs with young children and dog.

Wonderful peaceful idyllic setting! We just wanted a lazy weekend away. If you are looking to relax then this is your place. Feels like you are miles from anywhere. Beautiful lodge with two double bedrooms. Had everything we needed. Only thing that would make it perfect is a bath but that does not make it any less lovely. Lovely fishing lake with ducks who like to chat to you! My 5 year old loved the ducks and fish. (We don’t fish, just wanted a peaceful setting) The managers are very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will be returning this year and would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend this beautiful lodge we have done over 50 lodges with Hoseasons this one is up there with the best the view straight onto the lake is amazing both bedrooms have patio doors onto the decking there are two levels to the decking. Very nice inside everything you need and very clean will definitely be returning.

1st time staying in the Osprey as we usually stay in the Heron but chose the Osprey as it was cheaper this time and I'm a cheap skate ???? Hot Tub Washer Drier Ample decking at the front if you bring your pooch 2 bedrooms as well if for some reason you bring your kids It's a great lodge and caters for everyone

The lodge was beautiful. Very clean, well equipped and in a perfect location on the site.Not far from shops, or the centre of Lincoln. We will most definitely be returning!! Thank you!!

Lovely modern lodge with stunning view of lake. Good size rooms, nice bath and shower. Very peaceful location.

We stayed over Christmas with our toddler and dog, the place was beautiful and perfect for our break. Only thing was they don’t provide cots or high chairs which would have been great but it was not a major issue. We really loved our stay and would definitely go back.

Goldfinch lodge is perfect for a couple , everything you need , hot tub is lovely, and beautiful views of the lake out from , and views of open fields at the back , staff very welcoming and friendly

Nice surroundings with the lake and ducks. Nice if you want peace and quiet. Friendly staff were there to greet us and also when we left which was good. It was a comfortable stay - tea and coffee on arrival, warm and cosy, plenty of towels and a nicely designed Lodge. The Lodge itself does not have WiFi as it is weak across the site (we were aware of that being a possibility but very inconvenient). Although it did smell clean and fresh, cleanliness was a bit of an issue - lots of spiders and cobwebs, sofas were tired and grubby, duvets and pillows were very flat and obviously well used. You are required to strip your own bedding before you leave which I've never had before, unfortunately it showed that the mattress covers do not get cleaned either.

Just what we needed a quiet and peaceful time with added benefit of good weather.

3rd stay at Camper UK at their Heron lodge and already booked our 4th for next January John and his family are great and really helpful. The site is perfect for a nice quiet holiday to relax and unwind. It is out of the way and a little far from aspects like Asda (6 miles away) but that's what we love about it. You are in the countryside The Heron is great and has everything you need for your stay and is also perfect if you have pets as it's not carpeted incase of any little mishaps from your furry friend but it's also nice and cosy as well so don't let that put you off. I can't say enough great things about the site and lodge's if you are looking for a nice relaxed time away It's perfect

We had a very relaxing enjoyable weekend. Lovely peaceful site. The lodge that we stayed in was very nice and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Staff friendly and helpful.

First time staying here and in a Lodge as well Some bits we were unsure of but the staff were brilliant They made us feel very welcome and were always accommodating. We are definitely staying here again.

Lovely clean chalet on a beautiful site. Friendly and helpful staff. Great attention to detail with pre made beds, towels, fresh flowers etc on arrival. Close to Lincoln and within easy reach of the east coast for a day trip.

We have just recently had a week's stay at this site in Lincoln and it was the most relaxing enjoyable time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the site itself was stunning and immaculately kept. We will definitely be returning

We had a great stay in Barn Owl, the lodge is beautiful and really well looked after. They work very hard to make sure that your stay is great, and there attention to detail is to be applauded. The lake is full of fish and I caught some great carp, all in great condition. Thank you both for a lovely peaceful stay - we will be back!

Nice quiet spot, the lodge had everything we needed and Jasper, our dog, enjoyed watching all the ducks and geese.

Lovely lodge that was well equipped and spacious. Welcoming friendly staff. Great surroundings for dog walking. We could not get internet (which was not a bad thing). Fishing was good. We loved the whole experience.

Very private, beautiful surroundings made beautiful with the sunshine. Over looking the lake with plenty of carp. Very peaceful with ducks, rabbits and bird's. We really enjoyed ourselves. Very friendly and professional staff.

Accommodation tip top. A few tweaks could be made regarding kitchen utensils. Saucepans and baking trays scratch badly and non stick worn away. No up to date gas safety certificate on display. Wonky garden bench outside on veranda. Otherwise excellent accommodation in extremely quiet surroundings with a nice view of the pond ducks and geese. A few rabbits running around early morning.
