stayed here for a weekend camping kids loved it. was clean safe and very relaxing looking foward to going again next week.

Fantastic family holiday, Great lodge close to the centre, plenty of activities & entertainment for the children, friendly staff, beautiful weather too which is a bonus in October, pool was great never too busy & plenty of use of the hot tub, definitely booking again for next year

Lovely, roomy cabin, amazing views!

Was very relaxing in beautiful surrounding and very peaceful. Accommodation was good although could have done with some updating and the internal doors didn’t ft very well so lots of slamming doors. The beds were very comfortable.

The lodge we stayed in was stunning. Everything we needed. Bedrooms spacious and lovely beds. We had the best time

Lodge very clean and tidy and had everything we needed

Good holiday setting, relaxed feel to the location, Lots of facilities on site to do and things to do nearby too.Only down side would be the lodge could have done with a bit more cleaning. We found sweets, rappers and rubbish inside the lodge. The mats on the table were also greasy and dirty. We also had a used towel which had been left there. These were reported to reception who did remove the towel. We had cleaned the rest already.

Being a dog friendly lodge it wasn’t in perfect shape. Trim peeling off, extra screws in the bumpy end cap of the worktop from repairs. A chipped bathroom sink with a big gap under where the silicone was removed and not replaced. For us this wasn’t an issue, it was nice to relax not worrying if our dog or toddler did anything out of the ordinary.There was absolutely no smell of previous dogs, which was great! One of the bedrooms was exceptionally small, having to walk sideways between the beds. With teens that like to spend as much time as possible in their rooms it didn’t get them any space apart from lying on the bed. The lodge did have everything you needed in the kitchen area including tea towels and soap and the main bathroom was a good size with a great shower. Outdoors was set up nicely with table and chairs and the hot tub, which was maintained so well every day.

A bit tired & not as clean as we would have expected

The holiday was great the staff where welcoming the lodge was clean tidy well presented lots for places to visit nearby the restaurant on-site food was lovely and the staff where attentive which made it a pleasant experience would recommend this holiday

Bed was comfy nice fluffy towels you get a little bottle of washing up liquid, scourer and tea towel, 1 dishwasher tablet which I think is a nice touch complementary toiletries again very nice if you have forgot to pack something

Lovely cabin. Loads of room. Well kept, warm. Beds were ok but the pillows were a bit soft, towels were clean and soft - not always the case. All in all excellent weekend away.

Have stayed in these before but this year's lodge was a little run down and tired, also seemed closer to the other lodges and wasn't very private when in the hottub.

well laid out park....comfortable lodge all features you could want especially the dishwasher a necessary holiday item ....shame swimming pool not open till 800pm closed too early to use after a day out sight seeing

Lovely size. Double room with walk in wardrobe and bathroom. Single room with twin beds. Family shower room. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer. Full size fridge freezer. Gas cooker. Dvd player. Tv in each room. Lovely and clean

Kitchen and lounge were good size.Double bedroom was small, glad there was only 2 of us staying as we had shared Jack and Jill bathroom with shower only ( no bath)other 2 bedrooms very small, but there was an extra toilet.Only enough space for one car.Accommodation was for 4 adults and 2 childrenToo near busy road

Nice lodge, enjoyed the hot tub. Was up to temperature when we arrived. Spacious & well equipped kitchen, everything clean. Single beds very narrow but not bothered for a few nights. Pretty site, small but lots to do in the local area, Weston Super Mare, Wells Cathedral etc..

Lovely place

Found some of the bedding dirty. It was fresh, but not spot checked for dirt or was missed. Lodge looking very tired.

lovely stay in Burrington Premier, the restaurant staff were very accommodating and efficient. great overall experience and would definitely return.

We had a fantastic time at the Cheddar resort and spa. We took our daughter who is 6 and newphew 12 and niece 14. The resort has great facilities with tennis, bastketball, football and we signed up for some of the Go active activities sea scooters and sea kayaks were a hit. Our daughter also enjoyed the pirates paradise. The pool is fabulous, clean and modern. We visited on the first week of the school holidays and it never felt too busy. Go active staff were great.

Lovely quiet site. We had an accessible lodge which met our needs. Great location for seeing local sights, the beach etc
