I found this caravan by chance looking online and what a find it was!. I booked a gold 3 bed caravan, I messaged the site before arrival about a surpise for my parents to be put up in the caravan. They went above and beyond and made sure this was done before we arrived. On arrival we checked in staff very friendly and given our caravan. We made our way to the caravan, the site was well kept and tidy. The caravan was stunning, I have done many over the years and this one of the best ones I been in. Lovely and modern and clean. Can tell it was a new caravan. The location is good to explore the local areas, only a short drive away. We didn't use the site only the caravan. But I will be returning. We had caravan number; BT052 (gold 3 bed)

Spotlessly clean and pleasant smelling caravan with a nice shower. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen and plenty of seating for everyone.

We didn’t actually stay in the caravan we were allocated due to parking and mobility issues but were swapped into a wheelchair adapted caravan which was perfect, it had a full wet room and even a hoist should you need one. All utensils and crockery were provided, all that would have helped is a baking tray if you want to cook.

The caravan was lovely, apart from being very cold in the morning seemingly without a way to heat it and the missing shower door meaning the floor got wet. My housemate is a cleaner so picked up on some dust here and there. The only other improvement would be to make parking next to the caravan, we were luckily able to park in spaces about 3 or four caravans down but it was quiet whilst we were there so I imagine it would have been more of an issue in peak times.

The site at Brynteg is in a beautiful setting. The facilities are really good. We all enjoyed the pool and spa, and my son and daughter in law said the gym was excellent. We had an issue with being allocated the wrong caravan but this has been resolved between Brynteg and Hoseasons on our return. Excellent customer service and quick responses to emails.

We were in North Wales to climb Snowdon at night. This was an excellent base for us as close to Llanberis and the spa facilities were so good after we finished our charity challenge

Poor internet connection even though we paid for it! Expected Better service if we are being charged for it!!!

Loved the caravan and the site. I do find having to pay £12 to hire some towels on top of what you have paid a little excessive.

Lovely accommodation, great location and friendly helpful staff on site. Unfortunately we paid for the super-fast Wi-Fi which didn’t live up to its name, very patchy and we requested a refund of the one day charge. Furthermore the following day, we bought the 3 day Wi-Fi deal in the hope it was a one-off and once again it was pretty rubbish accessing signal. Also this was over a week ago and we still haven’t received our initial refund. We should probably have requested refund of the second payment as it is in fact miss-selling and we wouldn’t want others to have the same experience without forewarning.

Excellent Caravan Park and lovely Reception staff, we very much enjoyed our stay. We particularly enjoyed sitting by the lake at the Old Boathouse, it was stunning!

Excellent and will be back next year.

We had a lovely relaxing break, I would have happily stayed for longer than the 4 nights that we booked. Our Caravan was very clean and comfortable. Kids loved the play area and pool. Beautiful Mountain View’s, very peaceful and picturesque site. I would return :)

Had lovely holiday NR to caernarfon quiet site.

We had a problem with the mattress on the double bed, very poor quality but when I reported it it was dealt with straight away and a brand new mattress was brought to the caravan to replace the old one.

Such a lovely caravan sadly let down by site location next to busy Maintenance Yard
