Smelt musty , light clean at best prior to arrival, fridge not switched on or cleaned prior to arrival. Broken tv, broken radiator, broken toilet seat, list given to staff nothing addressed. No response to calls when out of hours wardens called due to electricity tripping. No information re things to do nearby or where things (such as fuse box) were in chalet.

Very comfortable beds all made up ready. Loads of towels as well, the only thing missing was the bathmat for when you came out of the shower, made the floor a little bit slippery. TV with freeview, microwave, cooker and fridge with small freezer compartment

Nice and central for us, lodge was great clean and comfortable and hot tub bliss at the end of the day just to relax in and watch the stars.

Nice and cosy but not clean on arrival.

Whilst its a compact cabin, it had what we needed to enjoy our stay. Kitchen had a toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and oven/grill. Tv was smaller than used to, but signal good. Rooms were clean and beds made on arrival with fresh towells. Electric shower which was sufficient. Heating was via an electric oil heater, which was needed due to the time of year. We brought hot water bottles which we needed.
