Warren Lodges

Lodge needs cleaning and modernising. Basic equipment lacking I.e. not enough plates/glasses, everything needed washing before bring used.

Great lodge which is very spacious. Good size bedrooms and living area. The overall estate has lots of facilities (pool, gym, golf, etc).Could do with more utensils and crockery. Hot tub also hadn't been cleaned.

I came over from Canada and this was the best vacation I've ever had, staying at #17 Warren Lodge!!! It was everything I had hoped for and sooo much more!! My husband and I will absolutely be coming back to stay at this wonderful and amazing lodge! Thank you for the great memories!!!!

In the description of the lodge it was described as luxurious but if this is your idea of luxury we dread to think what would constitute a basic lodge. The lodge is so run down and in need of a complete refurbishment, it was as clean as the fabulous cleaning team could make it, but it did not come up to the expected standard considering the amount we had paid for this lodge. The kitchen was very badly equipped and of the 5 burners on the hob only 2 worked, considering this was for 6 people there was not sufficient crockery etc supplied. The outside is in an awful condition and the outside of the windows was filthy. We booked the lodge as we were attending a wedding and also our family were joining us from Switzerland, we know that there were no other 3 bed lodges available because when we arrived we were informed that the hot tub was not working, not a problem thank you for the refund, and the only other lodge available at the time was a 2 bed lodge. We felt there was no point in complaining as we needed to be at the Warren Estate and where else could we go. The site is beautiful and very peaceful, the only good thing was that the beds were very comfortable, the staff were so friendly and welcoming but we feel that this standard of accommodation reflects on Warren Estate reputation. The lodge is actually for sale and we showed a prospective purchaser around, they told us that they had been informed it was in need of a complete refurbishment, so once again how can it be described as luxurious. We really do feel that this contravenes Trading Standards and feel that we should be given some recompense for the fact that the advertisement was so misleading.

Lodge was comfortable but could do with an update. Hot tub was gr8. Had everything you needed. Unfortunately poor phone signal and virtually no wifi (lodge 17). Good area to go exploring. Close enough to visit London.

false advertisement, in the photo you can see that it is a relaxation without other nearby caravans, but in fact there is no such thing, the caravans are 2 meters apart

Beautiful lodge, nice and bright too. Mostly clean but inside of fridge needed a clean. Also internal doors in lodge dirty. One towel each supplied and a kitchen towel. No hand towels or bath mat supplied which was difficult. So you need to bring more towels. The location was on the edge next to woods, lodge 17.The pool was nice and warm. Communal changing area but individual showers behind glass doors. We loved it here and would definitely like to come back.

Great location but let down by the standard of lodge. Lodge currently for sale with local agent. Hence the poor presentation

Great time had. A little work needed to freshen up.the chalet but nice and spacious and comfortable. Great hot tub and properties very well spread out so good pricacy

Needs a good clean dog hair everywhere and I mean everywhere

This was our 2nd visit, and we got the same lodge we had 5 years ago. The lodge needs updating and looks tired now. The fridge/freezer needs to be repaired/replaced, although still usable. The lodge needs new and extra utensils/pots and pans for self catering purposes. We’ve had to improvise quite a bit. The beds and bed linen were good quality and we slept well. We did not use the towels. The hot tub was great. It was quite expensive, especially as the lodge was so dated.

Lovely time spent with a friend. Loved the hot tub! Everything was clean and tidy and we had the option of staying in or using the local facilities. Would go again.

Good location but let down by the state of lodge. As stared previously en-suite awful and access left a bit to be desired.

Second visit and we’ll be back again. Excellent for a relaxing weekend. The lodge was in a very private location. Lovely view and we saw deer from our windows.

Lovely lodge, everything there that we needed. It was lovely that a Christmas tree was up ready for our arrival. Thanks for having us.

Absolutely lovely lodge and area. The hot tub is checked every day. Highly recommended.

Really nice lodge but could do with a re fresh

Love this place, have been a few time for a Relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of work and home.

A lovely place for a quiet relaxing time.

Would come again if reassurance about steps, and our car was allowed up to the door.

Would definitely come back for another relaxing weekend

Came many years ago when it hadn't been opened long and alwsys said we would come back. Short notice booking this time, so discounted which is always a plus! Lovely lodge, lovely staff.

We loved our holiday and my only regret was that we did not book a longer stay.

Lodge a little tired and could do with a revamp. Otherwise wonderful and hot tub is a bonus.

Good directions. Straightforward booking process. Lodge warm and welcoming. Kitchen equipment good. Hot tub great.

The accommodation was absolutely lovely very vey clean and they had thought of everything lovely little touches. The staff were amazing so very helpful and before we finished our break we booked to go back. Amazing.

Stayed with family and had the freedom to come and go, although there were a lot of lodges I still felt we had privacy, only complaint was the kids couldn't go in pool after six but overall we had a lovely time

This lodge is beautiful, in a gorgeous location and the Lodges are not too close so you get privacy. Few little bits niggled me initially but really ot worth the bother in the long run. Reception extremely helpful the one time we needed them

We had a lovely time. At arrival we found out that the hottub wasn't working and the staff let us change with another accommodation.

The staff were helpful and polite, i have stayed in lodge 26 before and saw the improvement to the decking and the new hottub, the decor of the lodge looks a little tired and is in need of redecorating, torn wall paper in the bathroom and a couple of other locations also the strings to the blinds need repairing or replacing. The location is great abd the swimming pool abd gym to a high standard
