Trecco Bay

Well good

this was our first visit to trecco bay and we were extremely pleased,the site was very clean, and the entertainment was excellent. everything you needed was close to hand....and the chip shop was lovely .....

Clean caravan, all you could need in the van, microwave, fridge etc and the heating was easy to use. The shower was clean and had amazing power/pressure (better than at home)

Perfect 3 night stay!Plenty to do for the whole family, especially our 2 year old.Perfect location. Will definitely be back and will recommend too.

All ok, nice place, van, surroundings. Well stocked shop.. Helpful staff, although launderette was shut while I was there, could cause people problems.

Cleaning was not up to standard: there was a tissue left on the bedroom floor (presumably used - I did not investigate!) and the area outside the caravan contained rubbish including cigarette ends, a food container and a box of empty drinks cans.

Caravan was clean and tidy. Bed good. Furniture OK could do with cushions to support back.

Great stay at trecco bay everything on one site and plenty to do

The Caravan facilities were standard but I had to pay to get very good wifi connection

Only complaint would be that it would be a bit tight for 8 adults. The two stools were not designed for long-term sitting and the bedrooms a bit on the small side for two.The pull-out bed in the lounge was the most spacious.

For the price everything you need. It will never be 5* but it was everything we needed! I was able to cook 3 meals a day and had a hub for my kids to chill out after activities before heading out again.My only grip was cupboards/shelves where dusty abd need cleaning more often, I ended up giving it all a good clean before we put our clothes in to avoid they getting covered but everywhere else was clean.

Caravan dated, marks on carpets and furniture. Leaking toilet, shelf in freezer didn't fit so no use at all.

Caravan was great clean and tidy beds were comfy, would book again, mind roads around the park need work,some huge potholes

The caravan was modern but minimal. It was very clean with sparkling utensils. 4 bedrooms. Two doubles and two twin rooms. Each had a mirror and seating an small storage. We'll equipped modern effect kitchen .lovely seating area with table and chairs. . Perfect for our break. Thank you

the caravan was very clean and big enough for us we needed a few things done and it was done within hour of asking them to sort it

Caravan clean had everything we needed but could do with an upgrade or refurb bit tatty but it did the job for us of 2 not big enough for 4

the Hoiladay was lovely we took my mum and dad and there dogs we had the best time ever

The caravan could have been a lot cleaner considering the amount of money you pay to stay at the holiday park. You could also the some of the wallpaper had been stuck back on. I think staff should be checking behind the cleaners to make sure the caravan is up to standards before even letting people hve the keys to it.

Trecco bay porthcawl is a really lovely site and would recommend it to all my family and friends

With one person gluten free and 3 children dairy intolerant we were well looked after.

No hot water for 2 days. Beds awful, grubby needs updating. Good location, good size but safe to say would not go again.

On arrival at the reception to collect keys, i wasn't given the keys to the caravan i booked as receptionist said the Gower only sleeps four and there were 5 of us so had a caravan given to me that the comfort was non existent, couldn't swing a cat around in it,the single bedroom literally only had 6inches between them every time i was making the beds i kept banging my toes on the metal frame, the second day of the holiday the boiler broke down so had no heating or hot water until the following day,then on the Wednesday there was no water coming out of the shower head as it was coming out of the pipe connected to the shower control the guy came to look at it and said he would be back that day with new rubber seals but never came back so we couldn't shower from then until we got home , then on the thursday the boiler broke down again so again without hot water , the first night i had to sleep without a duvet and pillows as there was only two singles and a double duvet in the caravan meaning they were one duvet and pillow short i couldn't go to the office as it was closed Friday morning came i was just glad to give the keys back and go home

will definitely be going back

We enjoyed a stay at Trecco Bay an will come again, its a good family holiday resort

Bedford is now quite an old Caravan but bathrooms and kitchen were clean and perfectly acceptable. Great to have two separate toilets, one on its own and the other in the shower room. This is a big selling point when have lots of children and worked well. Big living room area for chilling out.

We couldnt get in to use swimming pool because no one had told us it had changed and you have to book

Would book this caravan again

Good base for walking. Very dated.

Lovely holiday, we would definitely love to come again and get the full experience. Next time we would like to have a caravan with a veranda 

Something for everyone in a perfect location. Park well kept and maintained to a high standard.

All the staff were extremely helpful, happy and created a great holiday atmosphere around the site.

A clean and tidy place surrounded by facilities and entertainment to keep you busy smiling.

Stayed in budget caravan for the weekend it was good value for money but basic but free WiFi. We had an ants nest in the caravan and reported to reception and maintenance and no one came out to sort it, we ended up buying ant powder and sorting ut ourselves

We had a great holiday.The caravan was lovely
