Seadown Park

Our overall experience at Seadown was that we were all very happy and had a lovely time. Pleased with the Vista caravan, clean, great sized fridge freezer, everything worked, no problem. We chose Seadown because you could walk to the beach, which proved perfect for 6 and 3 year old, recreation field to kick a ball. We would go there again.

Would go for the slightly bigger one next time, as there was not much outside space as well.

The Dorset Mirage felt very spacious and comfortable, particularly the lounge area. It was clean, and seemed fairly modern.
We had a lovely location, overlooking the grassy area by the river.
Cooking utensils were ok, but basic - requiring some inventiveness. Could do with BBQ tongs and a decent knife.
Due to covid some items had been been removed apparently. Not sure what is usually provided, but we had to provide our own bed linen, washing up liquid and sponge, tea towls, bath towels, hand soap. We were informed of this. One small bin bag and 1 toilet roll is provided at the start, so bring your own replacements.

Lovely caravans in a peaceful park with great access to the beach. Lovely large play area for the children, beautiful landscape and lovely to see the ducks too.

Lovely site very clean near to sea and a short car or bus journey into Lyme Regis or Bridport would stay at seadown again.

Will be back as many times as we can each year 😁

We were told to bring our own towels but were not informed that no tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges or flannels were available. As we did not have them with us, they had to be bought in

The site was very clean and tidy the grass was cut twice a week to keep minimum mess lovely site

Great location,everything to hand

Seadown holiday park is the best holiday we have had in a long time, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it is close to everything we needed, bus route to lyme regis was easy to find and very cheap, the site was very clean and has beautiful caravans, we even made friends with the local cat dave who came to us nearly everyday, we didn't want to leave as it was so relaxing and so fun. Highly recommend this site as a perfect holiday for couples and families.

Lovely holiday park. Spotlessly clean . Staff are always warm and welcoming. Within easy walking distance to the beach. There’s always room to sit outside your caravan and just chill.

A great place to stay! Lovely comfortable & modern caravan with all the necessities needed. The reception & shop staff are so friendly, let you know all the local places to go and always have time for a chat . There is a fish n chip van, pizza van and curry/jacket potato van that serve lovely fresh food throughout the week too. Great location with 2 minute walk to the beach ( private access gate direct to path) It is a 2 min walk to Main Street with mini supermarket, chip shop, x2 pubs , pharmacy, hairdresser, cafe, gift shop, bakery ( super fresh and amazing sausage rolls & iced buns) . If you need anything Morgan’s is the shop to visit from newspapers to beach items! If you want more entertainment you have a couple of other parks around to visit for their facilities; but you can’t beat Seadown for quality, value for money & locality to everything on your doorstep!

This is perfect in every way. It is so gorgeous that you don't need any facilities. It's a brief walk to the beach, super quiet, immaculately kept, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You could not ask for a better site. Fabulous!
