Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Apartment was clean and comfortable and plenty big enough for a short stay. The site is very well maintained and has good parking.

Caravan we stayed in was lovely and clean on arrival. Easy to find in the complex -map of site provided at reception and caravans clearly numbered. The caravan was pretty basic but we were happy with this. Constructive criticism for the park would be- a couple of cushions on the sofas would be nice, and maybe a couple of tea bags and coffee sachets in the vans for when people arrive after a long drive. Other then that it was brilliant.

It was slightly smaller than expected, and I would only recommend staying here if you have one set of adults and older children. We travelled with 5 adults and a small child (Still in a cot) and it was quite cramped and a lot of furniture had to be moved in the main bedroom to accommodate a cot - Maybe should have researched this more before booking! Lodge was clean and modern, maybe slightly more on the pricey side for the duration of stay. Kitchen area very small, with no room in cupboards for shopping and not really any worktop space, but apart from that it’s a nice lodge. Well insulated and double glazed, which helped massively during the storm!

Me and my boyfriend had a lovely time in the dorset jade apartment. Apartment was clean, facilities were amazing and we had such a great holiday. Definitely would recommend and will be returning!

Everything was fine no complaints. My only little niggle a shelf is a must above the sink .There's nowhere to put shaving equipment and deodorant etc apart from the chair which is not convenient.

What a great place to stay and very well located.

On arrival the caravan was very dirty crumbs and dirt on the floor and sofa area, dirty smears and childs handprint in the middle of the window and lots of large longstanding cobwebs. However the view was stunning and location on the site was lovely plenty of space and able to park close. Once I had given it a good clean it was fine.

The lodge was lovely and clean. No complaints at all about what was provided - but somewhere to hang coats and some hooks on bathroom doors for towels would be helpful

Lovely lodge but basically a more aesthetically pleasing version of a caravan - not remotely worth the price we paid for 4 nights. It was comfortable and relatively well equipped, big deck area and a bench. Maybe a bbq would be nice! Wouldn’t stay in one again but only because of price.

It was a little more pricey than we normally pay and the lodge wasn't huge but it was spotless, and apart from no coat hooks was really wonderful and we had a great time

Caravan was lovely..Reduced inventory due to coronavirus. Curtains were abit of a pain opening and having to velcro them night and morning. And had to use own towel as a shower mat .

For somewhere that had been ‘deep cleaned’ there was a lot of hair and dust behind doors.

Such a lovely place to visit & stay.

I have tried out other local B&Bs & caravan sites.
Newlands having the bar & restaurant is a huge bonus. I can have a snack, dinner or cream tea during the day without having to cook or leave the caravan park.

Especially as a single traveller, Newlands is a great base to go to Charmouth & Lyme Regis.

Plus, I am always made to feel very welcome.

This lodge was so comfortable and homely.
Added bonus of the second bathroom as some of our party like showers and others prefer a bath

Caravan excellent and as my grandchildren had never stayed in one previously a huge hit.

Only down side was a welcome pack of washing up liquid/cloth/scoured would have been really useful. Shop only stocked full sizes. Have been to other parks where this has been included.

We loved it. The park and the area ticks all our boxes for having the dog, enjoying the coast, relaxing with scenic views, beautiful beaches nearby, good food and entertainment available.
Maria
Newlands Holiday Park is excellent. We spent a week in a static van. It was just what we needed in size and was spotlessly clean. I would definitely have no hesitation in staying there again, and would highly recommend it.
Kay
An amazing week at Newlands Charmouth. Caravan clean & tidy on arrival. A great site & location with lots to offer young families. We stayed along with elderly parents in the caravan next door. Staff all very helpful & friendly. We would definitely return in our camper van as price a little steep for a week in static caravan!
Jennifer
This was our 6th year here and again yhe best stay we have ever had staff amazing site amazing and location amazing
Joan
We really enjoyed our holiday, we had used these apartments before and they didn’t disappoint. Only one thing could have made it better is some outdoor seating, but appreciate this could be a problem because of the parking area. Very clean and all facilities on site.
Rosie
Such a lovely site, clean friendly, amazing pool and amenities and close to the beach.
Julia
Staff really friendly and hard working. Nothing too much trouble
Carilyn
Fantastic value for money, lovely location. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Lovely indoor and outdoor pool, very clean. The complex has everything you need. It's kept very clean and the grounds are always litter free. Caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need.
Frances
Lovely area to visit and Newlands Park is ideally placed. I used the bus to go to Lyme Regis from right outside the gates. Fabulous staff and a very tidy site.
Linda

Sandra
