one slight issue the road to the lodges is a bit potholed and needs some work but hopefully this can be resolved in time .
The lodges are fantastic , there is nothing on the site with regard to shop etc but with Newbury 5 mins away by car its not an issue .
The site is lovely and well kept and the staff were so helpful- advice on local area , places to visit , best places to go fishing , pay golf , go for walks etc etc
hope to be back one day

Amazing lodge very spacious and lovely decor, hot tub is perfect!

Nothing on site or nearby so very isolated. So it was relaxing! Desperately needs a cafe and something to do on site. Dressing gowns not provided but have been in other sites which are needed with hot tub. More towels required. Lovely lodge but noisy heating early morning.

Lovely lodge. 1st time here and already booked again for January. The only thing that lets it down is many pot holes on the track leading to site, which is not great for your car.

Great lodge, we loved using the hot tub. Only downside is that it needs more storage space as when you are a family of 5 going for 4 nights you need space to unpack. But we had a lovely time and would definitely return.

Location is excellent, the surroundings are really good and you can spend the whole week without having to travel too much

The rooms were clean and whole place was very well maintained. It is a luxurious lodge and well worth the money paid. It was a relaxing getaway for both kids and adults.

Bath tub was the highlight.

Julie was extremely helpful. Only downside is that there is no Wifi however 4G connection works just fine.

Accommodation was lovely, comfy beds and amazing hot tub. Really nice place to stay. I think there should be a welcome pack with some basics like tea and coffee after a long drive and the shower in the main bedroom is impossible to find a suitable temperature but these are minor things to what is a wonderful lodge to stay in.

What a lovely haven of tranquility, and relaxation. Totally, absorbed in the atmosphere and lovely to see deers grazing naturally.

The lodge wasn't too close to other lodges and parking is away enough not to be looking at cars everywhere outside lodges but close enough to pop to quick if you need something. Very friendly staff who are helpful and approachable if needed. Plenty to do in the surrounding area! The grass was kept tidy, and the area in general was well kept. It appears pretty secure with gates. Option to go on walks from the park.

I`m traveling a lot around UK to different lodges for a family breaks. This one I have to say was really nice: -very modern , newly built lodge -nice quiet place -perfect for families wanted to go out from the cities to have a nice relaxing time Only minus I could find it was no WIFI, and next time I would definitely book lodge with hot tube. This lodges are highly recommended :)

Lovely lodge, tranquil peaceful setting, the lodge we had which was R1 in my opinion was the best one as we had a lovely huge lawn and green area directly outside the Lodge. Perfect for my 3 kids and the dog. Lodge was clean and beautiful inside, very spacious bedrooms, plenty of room all round. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

I can't recommend this country park enough, beautiful setting yet only a stones throw from the town and supermarkets. The lodges themselves are simply superb, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The wildlife in the country park is superb, I am certain that we will be back again jn the near future. Thank you for having us and allowing us to appreciate everything at the park.

Fantastic modern lodges!! Staff were extremely helpful, someone came and checked the hot tub every day. We were given dishwasher tablets on arrival which was ideal!! Views are stunning, beautiful walks near by.
