The bungalow is wheelchair accessible has everything you need for your holiday the only reason i gave good for comfort is my sons not keen on bunk beds being an adult with limited mobility

Excellent week away. The lodge was spotless, had everything you needed in it to live in an home away from home and the hot tub was clean warm and well maintained. Really good communication from Nichola who was only a txt away, she also stopped for a chat on the 2 occasions I saw her checking the tub. Was well out of the way, but still close enough to pubs / shops / brid centre. We didn’t really explore walking wise as we used it as a recharge from Christmas and to ready for the new year. This is noway a reflection of the lodge, more so a heads up if anyone’s visiting, if you’re wanting to eat out I’d advise booking ahead as we struggled for tables to accommodate us all ( could also be the time of year we went) La unica for a take a way was a good shout.100% reccomend and would definitely return

Absolutely loved the stay, stayed over Christmas period and managed to cook full Christmas dinner with equipment and kitchen stuff they had in the bungalow, loved every minute of it, cosy, comfortable and hot tub was a treat! Will definitely be back in the future

Wilsthorpe is our favourite as it overlooks a field with zebras and ostriches in, the bungalow needs a few more utensils ie measuring jug, baking tray, pizza cuttet also has 2 single beds instead of a kingsize which all the others have,Nichola is very friendly and helpful gets problems sorted straight away, we have already booked to come again

No 23 is our favourite through the trees you can see zebras and ostriches from the animal park at the back,we had a good week for sunshine so visited Bridlington a lot and had a day in Scarborough we were lucky enough to see the dolphins in the sea ,will definitely stay here again Nichola on site is very friendly and helpful

We have stayed here several times and never had a problem this time there was a problem with 2 of the smoke alarms going off for no reason during the night Nichola quickly sorted the problem by having them removed so the rest of our holiday was fine ,hasn't put us off as we have booked again,would be nice if 1 if the properties had a single bed in the small bedroom instead of bunks in them all for people with limited mobility

Lovely hot tub and new cottage which was good value for money. Cottage could have been better equipped (e.g cleaning supplies) and cleaner (the floors were not very clean and the fridge/oven did not smell good).

really pleasantly surprised by our bungalow, it had everything you could need for a few days away, spotlessly clean, hot tub well maintained, 6 minute drive to Bridlington seafront, huge Bargain Buys shop for any essentials on the campsite next door. enclosed garden for dogs/small children was perfect.
