Chalet overall was in good order and well equipped. Hot tub was checked daily and kept very clean.

Great lodge we have been a few times now already booked for next year.

The fact our dog was welcomed into the indoor restaurant and bar was a big bonus. The bar staff would produce a bowl of water for him without being asked. The whole restaurant experience was amazing no faults. Oh and yes we also enjoyed the food.

we did not eat in restaurant but saw meals that were served looked very nice.We had drinks in there and staff were very helpful and friendly xx

This was a recovery break for myself and my husband after having covid a few weeks before we arrived. Its peacefulness was just what we needed.

Could do with some coat hooks

We had 2 meals in the Falls restaurant and on both occasions we warmly welcomed by a very friendly member of staff, our meals were excellent and the waiting staff couldn't have been friendlier both the guys who were working on the occasions we went in really made us feel welcome and looked after us very well so a big shout out to them they are a credit to the company.

Could do with better seating especially when 2couples had to split the sofa to make it workable, some lack of kitchen equipment like bowls dishes etc and lack of tea towels only 1provided .

Dog friendly accommodation is tatty, not as luxurious a other lodges.

Television in the main bedroom has broken leds on the left hand side of the screen with a couple of lines going all the way down the picture when turned on, it is not affecting the ability to comfortably watch

Really good holiday lodge for a staycation. It's got everything you need. Only downside was the hot tub was beneath some trees which meant we had leaves and a few bugs in the hot tub.

Dust on light fitting in kitchen/diner, a lot of dust on top of kitchen units, main shower needs attention, new glass screen runner and mastic to tiles

Spot on very clean beer good food good.

A great weekend, the only thing was the restaurant, it was euro vision night so the normal menu wasn't on, it was a special, it would be good if you got a welcome pack with details etc on so you know. Half the party wanted pizza but we were told they had sold out but when we came out they were making pizzas and delivering them to lodges! Also we were upgraded due to a leak but didn't find it as good as the one we booked originally.

Book here you won't be disappointed beautiful scenery amazing lodge just stunning havent a bad word to say about it 

Food was okay the restaurant is comfortable and decorated in a modern style.

Great place lovely and comfortable would definitely recommend but is getting very pricey.

Loved the lodge everything there that you needed,lovely and quiet plenty of room,some parts could have done with a extra clean.The outside area was great with lovely views and the family enjoyed the hot tub,will definitely come back.

Great place to stay if you like the country side a d long walks.

Arrived after a heartbreak at the airport where our New York break was cancelled. Booked it on the Sunday and arrived on the Monday. Lovely lodge, beautiful grounds and nice, chilled out place. Restaurant was decent and facilities for the kids were brilliant. Will definitely come again.

Spent a wonderful week at Aysgarth Lodges. We booked the Contemporary 6 Secluded and it was perfect, tucked into a corner of the park where we weren’t overlooked and had the most beautiful view of the dales. Lodge itself was light and airy, a good size, all of the amenities we needed as a family, comfortable, the hot tub was easily accessed with a wonderful view. The staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. We dined a few times at the Falls End Restaurant, the food was good and plentiful. Lots of lovely walks right from the doorstep, several wonderful tearooms located near by too.

Overall a fantastic break in beautiful surroundings. The lodge was perfect for us and glad we booked it for our mini-moon. The restaurant was a great addition and food was lovely, however service was often very slow, even for drinks. However this did not detract from our overall enjoyment. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely, modern lodges with all the facilities you need. Nice little touches such as the welcome treats and the dog wash station. Lots of good walks and waterfalls nearby. The delivery service from Tesco in Catterick was brilliant, saved us loading the car with a week’s worth of shopping. We had to pop to the superstore during our stay and there were some shops and restaurants at the retail park, along with a cinema. The on-site bar and restaurant were good. We didn’t eat there a lot but what we did have was lovely. Would totally recommend.

The best long weekend away! Everything was brilliant from start to finish, the staff were really helpful, especially the out of hours concierge guy! The hot tubs were checked every day too. We received a welcome package for the dog including bed, bowl, ball and treats! The Aysgarth team really had thought of everything, we will definitely be returning!

Had an amazing weekend staying here, the lodge was very clean and exclusive in an amazing area. The restaurant/bar on site was really nice the only thing I would say is for there to be a larger menu with a bit more choice but other than that was an absolutely perfect stay, would 100% recommend and will be returning
