We stayed in a Wadbridge 2 bed, All the vans had a sealed patio area so great for the dog and weather permitting sitting out, I noticed on other vans portable bar be que holders were a great idea. The vans are very good quality and excellent large size, great for family as you have pleantly of room, 2 shower & toilet rooms, walk in wardrobe in main large bedroom, I looked in a 3 bedroom version and you loose the extra shower room and main bedroom size and wardrobe. Very warm and comfortable, with full central heating, full dining table and 4 chairs, average equipment, you need to take everything including dishwasher tablets/ bin bags etc as zero is supplied despite contradiction in this mentioned in the booking nothing is supplied. Some of the inside of the vans are showing major signs of excessive wear and tear from broken dishwasher, broken top oven, broken toaster, torn ripped damaged carpets, broken bathroom door, leaking radiator, dripping taps when we arrived, That said most of the problems were corrected very promptly. The vans were very clean but carpet covered in white dog hairs and sofa dirty they need a real shampoo major deep clean as dirty. When your charged an extra £70.00 to take your pet but the pet before you is with you in dog hairs ummmmm not great. Shame they not quality checked.I have scored an average as the van was great size and quality but needs to have some tlc on them.

Absolutely amazing stay in august 2023 so much so we returned again in April this year, slowly becoming one of our favourite holiday destinations.

We had an amazing time. Our dog loved it. Near to all beaches. Resort clean. Staff friendly. Caravan lovely. Staff really friendly.

We have just returned after hiring a Wadebridge Premier 3 for 4 nights. The site is really well maintained, lots of good facilities onsite including a bar with lovely outdoor terrace, small indoor pool, gym, etc. We used the bar a couple of times, prices were comparable to pubs in the locality. Piran Meadows is well positioned for a cycling trip around the Newquay, Padstow, Wadebridge, Probus areas. The van was in a lovely position with a large, sunny (when it came out!) terrace, sunken hot tub. Signs of wear and tear but nice and clean. Reception staff were very helpful and a welcome glass of fizz during check in was something we hadn't seen before with Hoseasons! Good value for money in mid April and would definitely return.

Twin bedroom door struggled to open and door handle came off on one of the other bedrooms. The patio doors didn’t open and close properly. The twin bedroom sheets didn’t fit the bed so we had to remake bed every day. There was no bedside lamps in the twin bedrooms which meant you had to get out of bed to switch the light off and walk back to bed in the dark causing you to trip over or stump your toe. The windows were not fitted properly so the curtains used to move during the night from the wind that was coming in. All the pots and pans were mucky in the kitchen so we had to wash everything before we could use them.

Value for money, having the hot tub was lovely, swimming pool all included which was really nice to use. Lack of some basic facilities such as hoover/dustpan and brush. Perfect location only 10 min drive from Newquay.

The accommodation could have more cutlery and crockery also could include some basic essentials such as dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid. And the hot tub was a good temperature with the ability to control this and was tested daily to ensure our safety and comfort.The accommodation at Piran Meadows was advertised to sleep 6 - with 6 people booked - the dining table only had 4 seats!!! The television has limited channels and the DVD Player provided had the ability to be connected to the TV removed! It would be nice to have the screening ability that the tv provides unlock to offer more flexibility!

Great caravan, although we didn’t use the kitchen equipment for cooking, it was adequate for what we needed. Great to have WiFi in the caravan, not far from the main complex.

Clean and tidy caravan with plenty of storage space. The decking area is a nice touch. The caravan was warm and WiFi worked very well.

The site was easy to get too, location was very central, Staff are friendly and helpful and have good local knowledge. The facilities are clean and accessable and there is a good range of activities on the timetable

Lovely place to stay, caravan was lovely and clean would give 10/10 to stay in, staff was lovely and polite and would help you if needed. The only thing I would suggest is to have more play areas for children like swings slides ect as there was not much activity for young ones to entertain outside. Always pre book the restaurant as we got turned away because we didn’t book a table and they told us we had to get the takeaway option and go back to the caravan to eat it. They wouldn’t let us eat it at the table we were sat on. Although it’s a family resort the bar called last orders most days at 21.30. So maybe extend it.

Brilliant holiday park. Lots of things for kids to do, they loved everything about it. The caravans were superb, clean, plenty of room and lovely site.

The lodge was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were amazingly helpful and so kind and polite. The reception and main centre was wonderful with a lovely pool and spa, fantastic restaurant with good quality food at a very reasonable price, lovely outdoor space to sit and enjoy the sunny weather. I would recommend this resort to everyone.

Fantastic place, lovely staff and beautiful surroundings. Location was lovely and quiet. Facilities were great and goactive activites were brilliant and very well organised. Accommodation was modern and very clean. Would 100% come back next year.

Fantastic time at piran meadows, clean van, towels and baths miniatures plus washing up and tea packages which was a very unexpected welcome touch. Early check in phone call from staff member once van had been cleaned so an absolute bonus. Staff helpful, professional and when we had a problem with our fridge they sent someone to look at straight away to fix it. Facilities clean and very well laid out. Kids loved the Astro/pool/splash pool, pool tables. Only gripe was availability of the bar/food being open for longer in peak times but overall a fantastic stay central to everything. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in a Wadebridge 2 carvan and it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, size and facilities. Little extras such as washing up items, shower items etc.. were a lovely touch. Park was in a great location and I was able to easily access local beaches and towns by car. Staff were really friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face. Pool was basic but great on rainy days and being able to use the sauna / steam room was great. The site is quieter than others but that is what I was looking for on this particular holiday so a thumbs up from us. We had a lovely week.
