Caravan was perfect
It was not because of the refund but problems happen. However the people who promise and deliver were key to make our holiday great. It turned out to be sm excellent trip for my old man. He walked everyday around Rosneath. I would recommend everyone to go there and In trouble there is always Peter - 'our man'.
Thank you Rosneath.

Excellent couldn't ask for more
We had a lovely time in a brand new caravan. Perfect and exactly what we expected.
This was our first time at Rosneath. Tranquil location and it was a family of 8. Went along with parents(dad turned 70) and had my brother's family with me.
First thing we encountered was, 'sorry we couldn't get you a single caravan - there was an altercation with another family - we had give the caravan to them but we have 2 caravans waiting for you adjacent to each other'.
I was surprised but usually go with the flow. Tired we enter the caravan to see a spotless and immaculate place. We coukdn't stay together but we were close and they had given us a great place.
We were delighted.
Then around 9pm, I used the shower at one of the caravans. Realised there was no hot water or heating. I could only laugh.
Went back to Rosneath's lounging pub with people having a great time.
To put an end to my misery, the staff were really quick to respond. Peter(the General manager) came along straight away and did what ge can.
All to no avail, he had to leave with profuse apologies and endeavouring to bring the gas man on sun(fingers crossed)
We said, its no problem, these things happen - see what u can do tmrw as we all know its late now.
Sunday at 9 - i went to see him - he was there dressed in his formals, and staff making calls to get the gas man.
He kept us updated all the way through and around 11 he visited us again at the caravan.
He promised the gasman will be there sometime that day, but his reputation was more important than anything else. His customers usually come atleast 6 times in a year. That gave us much confidence. He also offered 'this holiday is on me and I am apologetic that things went wrong for you'.
We really felt sorry as he was a genuine gent and held Rosneath's reputation on him.
Around 4pm, our problem was sorted and by the end of the holiday, we got our money back too.
Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating of any requests we made. Our 3 children all loved their week at the caravan park and we would happily book another week with them later this year.
Lovely clean quiet site
