Enjoyed our stay, the lodge was very nice and comfortable, also adequatly equipped . The site was clean and tidy and the reception/ club house / cafe was also clean and comfortable, we never ate there but we did partake of a couple of beers. We never used the gym but it did look modern and well equipped and there were a few people using it. We did use the pool and steam room once again these were clean well maintained and very relaxing.

Lovely lodge, bedding was excellent, just like home from home.

loved the total experience

A lovely quiet location. We as a family don't play golf, but still had a great time at this resort. Being in a quiet corner, was extra special, near the lake. Our accommodation, is the best lodge we have been in for the price, ever. Storage was superb.

Only thing to improve is to have a small shop near main reception. To buy essential items like, bread, milk,butter,etc.

We had a great time at Tydd St Giles. Generally the place was quiet and spacious. It looked well kept and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed eating in the restaurant on Sunday.
Tydd St Giles is a bit of a drive to a beach but they were worth driving to. There were many other attractions for us to go to eg the Lavender farm and Sandringham.

Very clean. Had all the amenities needed for a self catering break.

Carpets need replacing in bedrooms

Minor faults within the lodge that need repairing.
Otherwise -10/10 for everything else.
Restaurant not open in the evening - not used during the day.

Country home was very comfortable. The only criticism would be the lodge slept 6 people but there was only a two seater sofa and two armchairs. Fortunately as there was only two of us it didn't matter but if we came with the family next time it might be an issue! Apart from that the accommodation was excellent and we wished we were staying longer.

Good location and comfortable, well-equipped accommodation. Only criticism is the publicity of on-site facilities during off peak season - booked expecting restaurant to be available all the time but this was not the case and would have appreciated knowing this before booking. Good value for money.

Excellent but no towels provided

The Lodge was very comfortable. The only couple of things that could have improved the vacation to perfect were that it would have been nice to have a washing machine in the Lodge and also for towels to be provided.

Lovely place spotless clean fishing was only let down not for the serious fisherman

Lovely peaceful place to stay with wildlife on your doorstep (ducks & ducklings etc) Nice evening walks, swimming pool was great set at a lovely warm temperature. Staff very helpful. Only small negative is there were no towels.

Nice quiet place.

Wonderful relaxing holiday. The lodge was home from home and very comfortable. The only negative point is that the decking needs a refurb as looking a bit worn. Also for the lodge to be fitted with blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

All staff were very cheerful and helpful. However, it was quite difficult getting a meal. The availability times were very restricted.

Pleasant location, ideal for a quiet break. Based ourselves here to attend gigs in Cambridge & Norwich and had a great week.

Fabulous resort, exactly what was needed. Which was peace and quiet in a lovely setting. The facilities were immaculate and the staff were fantastic. The only recommendation I could make would be for the club house/restaurant to be open later maybe to 7 or 8pm to allow for an evening meal. Other than that it was fantastic
