Apart from no tea towels oven gloves and plastic glasses I would strongly recommend sunset view lodge. Very spacious great batnroom and bed was a clod o sleep on.

Beautiful site just a shame the lodges are not very clean, when we arrived there was an awful smell in the fridge, I cleaned this out as it was gut churning. Unfortunately it didn’t make any difference, we just tried not to use it unless really necessary as the smell was so bad. Everywere was thick of dust and cobwebs so I don’t think the lodge had been cleaned before we arrived. Other than this it was a lovely lodge and the location was great for getting into blackpool. There was a hot tub but we didn’t ge any use from it was there was no shelter over. Other lodges we’ve stayed in they’ve had a shelter over and you can go in during all seasons. My partner did brave one morning but was only it a couple of mins and it started bucketing down. Great site and ideal location but probably wouldn’t stay again as the smell in that fridge is still haunting me. Even grabbing something from the fridge you could smell it on your hands and had to wash them immediately it was the most awful smell

Great break away at a fab location

I only have 1 gripe to be honest and it’s to do with having no type of shelter over the hot tub.. wet days like we had over Xmas was absolutely terrible.. only got chance to use it 3 times.. the weather was appalling.. and unfortunately didn’t get use out of the hot tub which was the 2nd reason we booked this lodge.. needs a nice strong wooden shelter/roof building over that hot tub one that’ll cope with those terrible winds and one that’ll let guests use it in wet weather!

Lovely lodge and very spacious. Staff friendly and welcoming.We arrived late Friday night so just unpacked and chilled out. Noticed there was an awful smell from the en-suite like drains, not that much of a big issue but wasn’t pleasant! The next morning after breakfast we decided to use the hot tub only to find it half full. Called reception who came straight out to fill it but was told someone would come out to look at it at 3pm as they thought there may be a leak, nobody came and nobody called to let us know that they wouldn’t be coming. Hot tub was full around 3.30pm but was hot enough to get in, by the time it was we were past it! Total let down as we booked to have a relaxing chilled weekend but instead just sat in a caravan. The lodge wasn’t the cleanest, the table had what looked like dried marshmallow around it, big wet stain on sofa, and cobwebs by the fridge and light shades full of dead flies.Such a shame as it looked lovely. We booked for 3 days but left after 2. Not sure I’d visit here again or recommend unfortunately. Hoseasons wasn’t much help either.

Clean & beautiful

The lodge did have quite a lot of dust on skirting boards / lights and mould around the bath . But it didn’t stop us from enjoying the lodge.

Lodge was really spacious. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Hot tub was lovely. The Wi-Fi was terrible, don’t rely on it.

Great holiday. Loved the hot tub. Nice and quiet and relaxing. Could do with a few more facilities & a bus service into Blackpool. Would recommend to those looking for a totally chilled holiday.

Lodge was very clean on arrival. Very spacious and great space to relax after a busy day. Lodge had all kitchen utensils and appliances, including a dishwasher, so self catering was easily achieved and took away stress of cooking for the family.

Had a great time would visit again.

We cooked a lot in the lodge a few times and noticed that there was no chopping board. This is just an FYI as we were worried about marking the worktops when using knives.
Also, adults would benefit from a tv in the master bedroom.

Totally enjoyed out 4 night stay we will be back THANK YOU TO ALL AT REAM HILLS.

3rd visit to Lakeview 6 and love it more and more each time we go. So relaxing and beautiful accomodation and surroundings. Would highly recommend!

We made it a weekend to remember

We had a fantastic stay. The accommodation is of an excellent standard, beautifully presented. The hot tub was delightful. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and look forward to our next visit.

This was our second time visiting Ream Hills Holiday Park and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It’s an amazing break away in an amazing location! Staff are so helpful and friendly and we will definitely be returning in the future!

My stay at Ream hills was fab couldn’t fault a thing very private our lodge was spotless on arrival had everything we needed and to top it off we had a Christmas tree up it was so cosy we had the best time and will be back again 100%.

Lovely and relaxing lodge! Very spacious I just found in the bedroom side lights would be good,did miss that! Walk in wardrobe lovely,all very clean abd enjoyable. Cafe wasn't open in November!! No shops on site if u have forgotten anything!!
