Overall, pretty happy with the experience. The only small thing was the description mentioning a cooker, which could have been clearer as a gas BBQ instead. Had to think a bit about meals for the kids, but otherwise, all good.

Really enjoyed our stay, the site was lovely and clean.

We found the beds a bit flimsy and really needed some extra reinforcing wood. The place is adorable and cosy, but definitely not suitable for four adults. The toilet and shower are quite small, but everything you need is there - cutlery, crockery. It stayed warm without extra heating and the views from each pitch are stunning!

We enjoyed our stay at Loch Ryan, though next time we might try a different caravan. Would love it if the bar served food longer!

We had a lovely stay! The view of the loch was stunning, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The beach was just a 10-minute walk, which was great. It’s a good base for exploring nearby places like Stranraer without being too close. Everything about our holiday was spot on. Would definitely return!

A lovely spot for some calm, with breathtaking views and friendly staff.

We’d definitely consider returning to Loch Ryan, though probably not in the same caravan. Would be great if the bar opened more hours for food!
Mark, Kirkintilloch
The website's a decent start but definitely needs a fair bit of work to get it up to scratch. Staff were friendly and easy to chat with, making the week quite enjoyable overall.
James
We had a fantastic weekend here! The place was just what we needed and we’re already planning to return soon. Our dogs had a blast-the underfloor heating was a hit and they loved playing outside in the garden. Luna was wagging her tail so much she strained it, but she’s fine now. Happy pups, happy us!
Oliver
We really enjoyed this cosy little cottage. Perfect spot for us, peaceful and away from the busy crowds. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. Owners were super helpful but never intrusive. They've got it just right!
Emma
We had such a lovely stay! The cottage was super well-kept and had everything we needed. Our dogs loved the nearby walks and it was great to meet the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig. The host was really friendly and made everything easy. Definitely coming back, it’s such good value and a proper little escape!
Alexandra
We had a lovely stay at this cottage, set on a working farm but surprisingly private. The hosts, Robert and Sharon, are genuinely friendly and welcoming. The place itself is really spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed that we slept like logs. The garden is perfect for dogs, totally private and nicely furnished. There are plenty of walks nearby and Thaxted’s eateries, like The Star and The Maypole, are worth a visit. We’d definitely recommend it!
Jennifer
Amazing views and nice modern caravans. Nice base to explore the south west coast.
Allen
Lovely quiet location. Very clean and fresh. Not a lot for kids tho they loved having the swing park close by. Would definitely go back.
Charles
Beautiful place for a quiet weekend .
Jeanette
Being staying in Ryan Bay for many years...there was a great improvement this year.
Array
Park is in a beautiful location, clean and picturesque. It is close to lots of places to visit and shops are nearby. Caravan was lovely, comfortable and clean when we arrived. If there was just one suggestion I would give to the park, is have more bins or bin areas around the park. As I found it difficult to find the bin after picking up after my dog and was using the bin in the lay-by outside of the park gates. Overall though I would highly recommend this park and will definitely be back.
