This is our second stay at Rwst, we stayed in one of the one bed places last time and this time we decided on two bedrooms so we had more space. The accommodation is nice, well laid out and a good size for two adults and two dogs, the main issue we had is that the two beds do not have an enclosed outside space so every time the dogs needed a wee, I had to put leads on and shoes on etc etc. The shower was AWFUL. It was a dribble and either scolding hot or freezing cold. The radiator in the main bedroom wasn’t working so very cold in there compared to the other rooms. The hot tub wasn’t working for the first 2 nights of our stay but was working for the final night (a Friday) but was too busy for us to use. Very disappointing as after hiking mountains all day, a hot tub is just what we wanted and needed. The location is fantastic but the place has gone downhill since this time last year.

The quality of the house itself was very poor and damaged, right on the main access point for the launderette which is open very late and customers are very inconsiderate.

We had a lovely stay. Unfortunately tarnished by having to be told to refrain from using the shower on our second day due to the downstairs apartment leak caused by our accommodation’s shower we used on our first night. It was a rainy and wet week in Wales when we visited, so we expected lots of muddy puddles and dirty activities and you needed to be showered and bathed before going to bed for a cozy night in. But that wasn’t the case. We were told not to use our shower, instead to traipse and go to the gym shower (1 small cubicle) which is a bit of a walk in the dark to do our business there under the pouring rain. Not very ideal. Overall, the apartment has the necessities for a few days stay. Shops easily accessible. Lovely little walk to the bridge with a view of the house full of leaves. The accommodation is perfectly located to everything we planned to visit. I will recommend this place and will stay again in the future given that they fix every shower in the apartment!

I've only put 2* for equipment because there was not comfortable seating for 4 adults, we were just 1 couple. The tv was poor, only BBC channels were not breaking up and the internet went down half way through the holiday and couldn't be fixed although staff tried their best. The location of the apartment was good for local shopping, walks, train station and lovely old bridge across the river.

+Nice little town with good access to train.+Nice property with some good facilities.+Great for biking.-Could do with better blinds in the bedrooms.-Would be nice to have more privacy with one way glass etc.-Not much sound proofing between the cabins.-Sheets could have been cleaner.

We stayed here in Silver Birch lodge for 7 nights beginning of July. The Lodge was presented largely clean and fresh. (Exception of a few hairs on bed) and very modern. Overall stay was pleasant beautiful river walk right on the doorstep and quiet picturesque location in North Wales. Excellent value for money. Would have benefitted from having a dustpan and brush provided (only as the kitchen area got very dirty with cooking etc) and a shame that parking is limited away from the lodge entrance (a slight pain with luggage) but all of these points is if I’m being really picky! Apart from that a lovely stay. Self check in and out so didn’t greet any staff and we ran into no difficulties in our stay so need to contact anyone on site. Thank you RWST for a lovely stay - we hope to be back in the future.

Everything you could want microwave clean cooker , dishwasher, on site laundry , kettle toaster etc ironing board etc . Spacious room’s especially main kitchen / living area , if I could suggest one improvement most of the open area towards the lodge is fenced off which is great for my dogs but the front is very open as I had to make use of a coupe of benches so as to avoid anyway run away situations. I didn’t notice if this was the case with all of them tbf

The apartment was very clean and functional. It had almost everything you need for a home away from home (minus a few essentials like extra toilet paper and dishcloths). All the appliances were excellent and worked perfect. Llanrwst itself is a beautiful town - the scenery is amazing. The local pub Pen Y Bryn was great too - friendly staff and good prices. There was also a very popular fish and chips - although not many shops seemed open. Great value for money in a beautiful town - would choose to stay again

Lovely quiet spot by the river and a short walk into town for shops, pretty central to popular places to visit. Only downside no parking next to Lodge not good when it was raining and moving luggage to lodge parking was bit tight next to wall.

Brilliant & cosy cottage far enough out the way to be secluded but close enough to local amenities. Amazing hotub & bathroom with underfloor heating throughout tops it off. The owners, Rob & Sharon are wonderful! (And of course Bonnie) Will definitely be coming back again for longer ASAP!!

Really well equipped house, lovely and warm too which was so nice on a rainy December day! Bath was just lovely and a nice big shower! The property is under a flight path - this did not disturb us at all! Dont be put off! A great location for dogs who hate fireworks as it's in the middle of nowhere. It was everything we wanted for our weekend away and we loved staying here. We'll definitely be back! Our pups absolutely loved the underfloor heating and had so much fun in the garden. In fact Luna came home with a strained tail and according to the vet it was because she was wagging it so much over the weekend!! Very happy pups and hoomans!
