We had a lovely holiday. Only criticism mentioned above re restaurant. Oh, and also would like clearer directions from the M4. We don't have a sat Nav, may have one soon but this time we got very lost finding the site.

What a beautiful place. We
stayed in dyfed 8 lodge and it was lovely. Massive inside and really clean. Could quite happily live there. The surroundings are beautiful. Also would like to say the staff were brilliant. So helpful and friendly. We arrived late and by the time we got there, the office and coffee shop was shut but a member of staff kept checking on us by phone then waited for us to show us to our lodge. Will definitely be going again next year!

Dyfed 8 is are preferred choice in the lodges and we manage to have it again. It really is home from home.
The duty manager (Louise) checked all was well and run through the operation of a new microwave and the dishwasher that we had not used before.

Meryl did the welcome talk on Sunday, good detail and very amusing.
Again, small maintenance job carried out (on Sunday ) with no fuss and these issues always handled quickly and followed through by the staff.

DYFED 8.
New furniture installed for this visit(December 2016) and small repairs we mentioned on our last visit in September.

This time of year really relaxing on site although time spent Christmas shopping in Carmarthen.

Love the mists in the mornings and feeling of isolation they bring.

The wood burning fire adds to the atmosphere.

Amy
Visited Pantglas Hall in the January and really loved the lodge that we stayed in.... So went back again in March but upgraded to a bigger lodge which was also beautiful and very cosy and has everything there that you need it's like from house to house . Used the pool & sauna which was nice to chill in the evenings there after long coastal walks.... Only did have a bit of a bad experience this time round the last evening before returning home. Me and my mother visited the pool were in the changing rooms there are baskets in which you leave your belongings obviously you wouldn't leave valuable belongs within there but when returning back to the changing rooms someone had taken my sliders my mams vest top and a local woman's adidas jumper from in our baskets. Which I find is absolutely disgusting, but even after that mishap overall enjoyed our stay at the Pantglas Hall and would definitely visit again... But with leaving all my belongs at the pool side in sight.
Louise
We had a wonderful stay in our cabin. We enjoyed the facilities on site and was in a good central area of South Wales so lots to see in the local area. We'd be returning in the future
Gerrit
Fantastic, wonderfully quiet, small-scale park in beautiful surroundings. Great service by very friendly people. We will definitely come back.
