The lodge was great well stocked and great size. Hot tub was amazing. Just the small issue of limited places to keep food in the kitchen area.

Pet plus lodge was brilliant. Enough space for 4 people to stay with two doubles each with its own shower and toilet. Great hot tub and use of the pool and spa facilities. The gym too was great. Nice secluded location not too far to drive to nearest tiwn/village and 30 minutes from the seaside.

Me and my partner had a lovely time at Kenwick woods. We stayed in the Tennyson Spa lodge. It was lovely and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Wasn’t much space to put our clothes but we did manage. Our only disappointments were, when we arrived we realised we didn’t have any toilet roll. We asked at reception and she said she would look into it, but was not brought any. We then asked one of the cleaners the following morning, that we saw cleaning the next lodge. She reluctantly gave us one and said we need to go and buy our own! The other thing was the towels. We were only supplied with one towel each, this was a bit disappointing as we had a hot tub. But other than this we had a great week. I will definitely return, but will be bringing extra towels and toilet rolls! haha.

My friends and I enjoyed a lovely weekend in a Brayford Lodge last weekend. The lodge was well furnished but would have benefited from slightly more equipment such as a cafetière, crockery & cutlery for 8 people and more serving dishes in the kitchen. The double bedrooms were good and one of the twin rooms adequate, but the 4th bedroom was not really suitable for 2 grown adults as very narrow single beds in a very small room. My friend chose to sleep on the sofa instead of sharing this room due to the cramped conditions. Would have been suitable for children though, or alternatively that room could just contain one decent sized bed and the lodge advertised for 7 adults and not 8. One of my friends needed a room on her own, so although we were a group of 7, we needed to use both of the single beds. The hot tub was fabulous and well maintained and the maintenance staff we spoke to to obtain some additional kitchen equipment were very helpful and friendly. The heating and hot water system also good and adequate.Sadly the pool area wasn’t open for use last weekend and we didn’t use any of the facilities outside of the lodge but there is lots of lovely places to visit and see and plenty of walks around this area. All in all we had an enjoyable stay but a few additional tweaks as detailed above would have made our stay more comfortable.

There was an option of using the spa facilities and getting treatments but we did not use them. We were given a leaflet when we arrived with the prices and options available which was nice.

We came here for a short break for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately when we arrived there was no WiFi and couldn’t watch the television, we also found muddy foot prints over the carpets in each bedroom. Once we rang reception and told them they said somebody would be round in the morning first thing which they weren’t. We then went to swimming and got told we can’t use the facilities as they’ve been fully booked which at no point did we get told to book swimming. The lodge also had paint coming off the radiators and people kept walking past and looking in our hot tubs which was no privacy.

A super spacious lodge. Very very comfortable, clean with the added bonus of a utility room for all the dogs things and muddy shoes. We were super impressed with the lodge; it's setting and size and it is easily the best lodge we have ever stayed in

Excellent, comfortable lodge stay with hot tub. Extremely warm and cosy inside even with the recent cold temperatures we've had.The Lodge was cleaned to a high standard as was the hot tub. Lodge users have free access to the onsite swimming pool, spa, and gym which is a great added bonus.

Overall the cabin was lovely, just a few pointers. The hot tub was not private at all, ours was facing the road and everyone could see us who drove or walked past. Also we stayed in a pet friendly one and if your pets like ours like to be with you all the time it’s not good when you’re in the tub there is no where for them to roam that is secure.

Great location, good having allmof the facilities on site.Good value for money.Overall very clean.Only issue was that there was no light near the hot tub so was pitch black and not really useable in the late afternoon/evening.Lodge 103

Clean , relaxing .. staff friendly
Mark
Lovely surroundings peace and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodation was excellent and everything you need even a dishwasher. The swimming pool wasn't to over crowded and facilities was excellent will be going again .
Katy
Lovely lodge. Very clean, only downside was how far it was to walk to the spa and hotel restaurant. Not a lot for kids, a park might be a good idea.
Paula
Fantastic holiday we stayed in a 1 bed lodge with our dog. Very clean and enough room for 2 people and great hot tub.
Kim
Lodge was lovely, staff were very friendly. Lovely base for heading to the beach. The site could do with a play area for kids or some open area to play in away from the roads.
Andrew
Excellent place one bad thing no internet in our cabin should maybe let people know this before booking.
Gemma
Another lovely stay made better by fabulous weather. First time using pool. Great size. Very clean
Karen
